I love staying in this coliving (4 times so far, 8 months total). The community is by far its best quality. Between the shared spaces and the frequent events, I got to meet so many interesting people and have some of the most memorable experiences in recent years. Utilities worked quite reliably. There were sometimes water outages, but Lokal had a backup tank. No generator though, because electricity outages were rare. The internet connection was stable, although the WiFi coverage varied. I asked for a cable to my room, but the owner said no. The rest of the team did a good job, although I connected with only a couple of staff members. Maybe in the future there will be less of a divide and it won't feel like staying in a hotel as often. On the flip side, the house was so cool. Its age gave it a distinct, homy charm. I remember it with fondness. The garden is so quintessentially Georgian, it was like being in a movie. The rooms varied in size, so I could always have the private space matching my preference. All the bathrooms were en-suite, but the plumbing was old and needed a lot of maintenance. The location was great, lots of cafes around and a 20-min walk to the centre. At the same time, it was also at the foot of the mountain, and so within 5 minutes I could be surrounded by greenery with amazing views over the city.
