Service was fab 👌 but he food wasn't brilliant. Breakfast stated sourdough toast but it wasn't. The avocado was sloppy too, the eggs were lovely though. Also had pancakes which were nice but for the price we paid, I have had much better elsewhere.

Outpost is probably the best place to work in all of Ubud, at any of its locations. The facilities are excellent, and all the staff members are very attentive, friendly, and pleasant. Special mention goes to Judith, who organizes the activities and has the patience of a saint.

I had a great experience at Outpost Bali. It’s much more than just a place to work — there’s a real sense of community, and I met some genuinely interesting people from all over the world during my time there. A special thank you to all the staff for always being welcoming, friendly and helpful, and especially to Judith for organising so many great events and bringing people together. The events made it incredibly easy to meet others, make friends and feel part of the community rather than simply sharing a coworking space. If you’re in Bali and looking for a place where you can work, meet people and have a social life at the same time, Outpost is definitely worth checking out. Thanks to Judith and the whole team for making my time there so memorable!

I really enjoyed the experience of working in Outpost (Nyuh Kuning) this summer. The atmosphere is really nice. Judith, the community manager, did excellent job of organizing great member events. As a result, I met some great new friends. I highly recommend Outpost, a great coworking space and nice community of people working there.

It’s comfortable office but no co-working environment or community feel. Everyone silent so if that’s the atmosphere you like it will be good. I find you working in Ubud cafe you get better communication/connection and not expensive price

Comfortable for working, it's open 24/7, close to the city center, and most importantly, the Wi-Fi hasn't given me any problems. There are two floors: one for quiet and another where you can talk and take calls. There's a café next door, and you can bring your belongings upstairs.

We experienced this co-working space for one day. Overall, we weren't satisfied. It's far from the city center. There are no drinks available other than water. It has a cafe but no food service.

Good space, disappointing humanity 🥺 I worked at Outpost Ubud for months last year, and now I live very close to it. Today my home internet crashed while I was reapplying for my visa online. It was urgent and stressful, so I went to Outpost and gently asked if I could use their Wi-Fi for a few minutes. I didn’t even need a seat, just a connection to finish the form. The receptionist told me I would need to purchase a day membership, or I could only use the Wi-Fi for up to 15 minutes maximum. I didn’t know if it would take 5 or 20 minutes. I just needed a little help. After all the time and money I spent there before, that response felt very cold. A co-working space without humanity is just desks and Wi-Fi. Sometimes the smallest bit of kindness matters the most.

I spent four weeks working from Outpost Coworking Space in Ubud during July 2025, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The Space: The layout was thoughtfully designed with a quiet "library" downstairs for focused work and a vibrant social area upstairs for calls and networking. The facility included 3-4 private offices available for rent and 4-5 bookable video call rooms, providing excellent flexibility for different work needs. Visitors using mechanical keyboards will be asked to leave for disturbing the members, no alternatives offered. A sign communicating this at checkin would be helpful. One star for a waste of my time/money and a lack of clarity around the space's policies/preferences. I can't be the first one who had experienced this since Outpost has been here for many years?

Loved outpost on the past but things have changed. Penestana experience: Skype booths were occupied from people who didn’t register, ac space was completely occupied a couple of times and made starting to work during the day impossible - clearly overbooked. Internet didn’t work for my gf and staff didn‘t know why (login details were correct ofc). Tables are almost never „mouse friendly“ and chairs got really bad as well over the years. Overall vibe got pretty toxic as well. Used to a place where people are open, talking to each other, friendly; now it’s grumpy faces and more like a random Starbucks somewhere outside of Bali (subjective ofc and maybe just unlucky) Hope outpost fixes itself, as it is it’s overpriced. Lastly, staff was nice and friendly all the time in both locations, these are management problems.

I loved coworking here. Spacious and quiet. Take calls in a phone booth you can rent or go upstairs. Downstairs in the quiet zone it’s airconditioned. Upstairs is fan only. Staff are helpful. Many great restaurants in the road opposite.

A great way to work; video calls are also easily possible in separate booths with cable connections.

Love the space and views. Great staff. Lower level with AC and quiet zone, while upstairs has free flowing air and can have meetings. Not perfect though. No shoes allowed but the floor isn't cleaned enough so feet get dirty walking around the place. Internet could definitely be faster. Perhaps it's fast within Indonesia but everything I access is in Europe or the USA and they seem to connect to a slow international backbone.

Whenever I visit Bali every year, I join Outpost co-working in Nyun Kuning. It is such a nice place to work! There are various price options, and it fits my budget and schedule. There is super-fast internet, bright light, high ceiling, and cool interior design. When my area (next block) is out of electricity, this place always has power. Most of all, Outpost Staff is so kind, smiley, helpful, etc. The experience at Outpost is enjoyable. 5 Stars to the team! Thank you, Epik, Candra, Nia, Ajani and other staff.

I would highly recommend Outpost if you’re looking for a working space in Ubud. The WiFi is super quick and the environment is peaceful. Epik and the team are really helpful - it’s the perfect place for digital nomads!

I've been coming to Outpost Ubud Coworking space for almost 2 months, and it's been fantastic. They host several events throughout the week for meeting other digital nomads, learning new things in workshops carried out through community members, and local experiences from socials at nearby lounges to trekking atop mountain top at sunrise. I've met some potential life long friends here already, so I'm really grateful for the space! The staff is very helpful and kind, available 24 hours on-site. The space has 2 floors of seating, upstairs for casual work, and downstairs for focused/quiet work. Internet speeds are fast (50-100mbps up/down), and the AC downstairs is strong. Great place to get work done! They also have another coworking space in Penenstanan, about 10-15 minutes by scooter and can be accessed with membership. All in all, highly recommend this coworking space!

I had an important interview pop up at the last minute. It was scheduled in London so ended up being at 11pm local time. I booked the call booth for just under £3.50 for the hour was allowed to go in 15 minutes early. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Staff were friendly and kind. I would recommend if you have any important video meetings while you are away. The connection was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in in Bali. They offer LAN connection also. Perfect for a quiet space to work in, free water/tea/coffee. Not busy (at least at night)

Had to work during my holidays! This remote working location was my live saver! Really a good remote office location with aircon where you do concentrated your work, have quick wifi and good facilities. Glad outpost was there to get some last minute urgent work done!

Outpost is a fantastic place place for digital nomads to come together. The diverse community, combined with events and spaces, made it easy to connect with others. The people that I met through Outpost really enriched my experience in Bali.

in the quiet zone there is a very strong smell of the air humidifier, it’s even difficult to breathe, the vanilla aroma knocks you off your feet. and in general, why do you need an AIR HUMIDIFIER in Bali?? There is condensation on the windows from the humidity... almost dust is pouring out of the ventilation shafts in the toilet; they have never been cleaned. I'm afraid to imagine when was the last time the air conditioner filters were cleaned. Sparks fly from sockets when connecting appliances. The staff is good, but the owner of the establishment needs to invest in repairs or AT LEAST general cleaning.

I had the best time at Outpost Ubud. I originally came to Ubud for just two days, but last week, I needed a short-term office space, so I opted for a short membership. The front desk staff, I believe her name is 'Nia,' was incredibly friendly. She gave me a tour of the office space, which I absolutely loved. The environment was clean, pleasant, and the air conditioner worked perfectly, which was exactly what I needed. During my visit, I also had the pleasure of meeting the event coordinator 'Dian', she introduced me to the various community events hosted at Outpost, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of communities they have. She even extended an invitation to an orientation meetup, which I really wanted to attend but couldn't at the time. I'm definitely planning to return for a long-term membership, and I can't wait to reconnect with the staff and become part of the Outpost member community.

Came to check it out. The coworking space is tired. Those who enjoy working in a prosperous atmosphere might not be the best choice. There are no alternatives to 4 shopping centers in Ubud. P.S. Restrooms are a litmus test for any establishment.

Friendly staff, fast and stable internet, focus room for someone that enjoys working in quiet with air conditioner. No coffee machine but they have a cafe next door but only until 5 p.m

Wifi 50mbs, cheap coffee, bad water, old building, bad chairs and insects. No gym, no pool, not apartments. Second star is only for a friendly and funny night guard. Extremely expensive for nothing. Although good community and a lot of discount programs with membership.

Good place to work from while in Ubud. During daytime the workspace can get a little crowded. They organize plenty of activities too which is very nice especially for solo travelers. I'll miss this place once I'm back home, felt like an alternative to having coworkers :)

Hello. is there a computer or laptop for rent in a coworking center?

Only stopped in for brunch. While the brunch is typical western, I found this place to be a little pricey for what you get. At the time of my visit, I wanted to order a latte but their machine was broken and only offered Bali coffee which I agreed to but was surprised to see my bill charged the same price as a latte / espresso. Avo toast could have a little more seasoning / flavour.

A pleasant coworking space that's open late—you can work on Moscow time. Decent WiFi, although packets are a bit lost...

I came here in 2019 around August with my friend, we doing our little survey about CoWorking in Bali and came to this place. At fist, the place is so cute, the staff very friendly. They give us a tour about this coWorking. They have a lot of different seating area, the ambience is very quiet yet relaxing. They have a cafe in the front, so if you hungry while work, you don't need to worry. I believ they have different activities every week for member. I also know, that they have a co-living as well. If you are digital nomad, and looking place to stay or work or both in Ubud you definitely should check this one out.

High recommendation for those of you who are on vacation need a strong internet network around 10 when testing google speed for webinars, zoom meetings/conferences. Booking for a day IDR 190,000 and there are 2 other packages that can be selected, providing a printer if necessary to print documents, a comfortable place not noisy when working, many tourists 2 use this co-working for work, meetings, live conferences, the staff are very friendly in serving and helping every guest. There is also a pantry for drinks, making tea/coffee, the location is on the side of a busy road in Ubud Bali

Very expensive for just chairs and not very good internet... I went to have a look and they have ac only in one of the rooms, i dont think they have a pool like they said. There are a lot of very good cafes with internet were you can go every day to work and spend the same money but with breakfast included.

I loved working at Outpost! The spaces at each location are beautiful and inspiring and the staff are super helpful and fun. I highly recommend this coworking space for anyone looking to work remotely from beautiful Bali. The internet is always fast and stable and they're great about support with printing and helping with various other things that can be tricky to do on your own while running a business on the move. Spacious rooms, amazing view upstairs, the cafe is good for food, dont forget the I0k cookies! The chairs are really comfortable and the desks are large.

The have a very large open space on the second floor. The manager helping me was super nice and helpful. And, most importantly, the wifi was fast. :)

Best Coworking space I have been to since traveling the last 5 years. 🏢 The Space: Very clean. Good smelling. Lots of plants. In the quite areas where you can work with focus you have got A/C. A/C is comfortable. In the common and connecting areas no A/C and the typical Bali vibe. Not too focused and not too lose. 🧑🏽‍🔧 The staff: O M F G ! Rama and Nathan are the 2 guys at the reception and give life to Outpost in Ubud. Such a nice energy, always there to help and/or fix problems you have. Without them Outpost Ubud wouldn’t be the same. 📍The Location: Amazing. In the midst of Ubud you have got a lot of restaurants around & a huge yoga studio next door. If you use the upstairs space you have an amazing river/forest view. 💸 The Pricing: At the moment they have 50% on private offices which makes the affordable but still expensive. 7 mil. for the smallest one. In some cases you can rent a 2 BDR apartment with pool for this price.. Other plans are definitely cheaper. Hope this helps. Big love

Great space for working with friendly staff and good amenities.

Make sure to visit this coworking space to get all sh*t done in Ubud. You can use quite area at ground floor if you need concentration while working or you can use their 2nd floor to see amazing sight. Wifi is super fast (76mpbs download speed and 91mpbs upload speed) and their staff also very helpful. Oh, don't forget to order something from their cafe because they serve good coffee and good food to start your day.

The Outpost is a wonderful community service. As I live in the neighbourhood, I don't take advantage of their co-working space. However, whenever I need copies or scanning, I can send them an email with the attachments and they will take care of it for me. The staff speak excellent English ... sadly, I do not speak Indonesian ... are absolutely great to work with; very friendly and helpful .. and always upbeat and positive and willing to assist. The coworking space is located only 5 mins away (walking) from the Outpost Coliving Suites and it has everything you need to focus and be productive. Outpost goes beyond a hotel, they really make an effort to make you feel at home and provide you with the infrastructure to get things done.

Wifi was great for me doing design work and downloading/uploading various files. The quiet area was super peaceful and a nice temperature. The large windows let in a lot of natural light. A variety of small snacks to nibble on available at the counter. Comfortable chairs and spacious setting. Really enjoyed my day there :)

I've worked at Outpost Ubud for the past 6 weeks and enjoyed it immensely. The space is beautiful and open, lots of light, multiple Skype booths, strong AC for those hot Balinese days, and best of all, free access to the Bali Spirit pool. It's honestly one of the best pools in town! I met a bunch of friends over this trip and was highly productive, as well. S is the BEST community and events manager, too, who helps create a welcoming community for newcomers. I look forward to returning soon.

The coliving I stayed for 1 month at the villas of Outpost Coliving Ubud which is only a few minutes away from the Coworking. Everything in the room was perfect. I'm an architect so I love details. There were a lot of them inside the room and the villas. From the first day I arrived, I felt in love with it. The villas are located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by bike to the city center. A perfect place to stay, work and visit the city. There are 4 villas with 2 apartments each and each villa has their own swiming pool. We had breakfast with all the Colivers at one of these villas. There was the cooking lady (the sweet Ati) who made us Balinese breakfast every day and we ate all together, and chat and knew each other better. There was Ragu, the coliving coordinator who is there to help you with everything and make your living at Outpost Coliving, Ubud easy and enjoyable. He's been there for everything I needed. The Coworking At the Coworking everyone is so sweet and smiley. I think I felt in love with all of them. The Coworking it's just the perfect place to work remotely. There is a spacious quiet room, there is another spacious not quiet room, there are some skype rooms. You can also work at the balcony or even at the swimming pool. The internet is fast so there won't be any problems with your work regarding the connection. You can work a couple of hours at the Coworking and then go have some sunbathing or a swim at the pool as I usually did. You can have breakfast, lunch or a snack at the cafe of Outpost (Green Window Cafe ).The food is healthy and sooo delicious there. The overall experience Before going to Bali I looked up for several coworking and coliving areas. I'm so glad I picked Outpost. It turned up to be the perfect place to stay and work. It has the right amount of working and pleasure. Every Thursday we had the Coworking launch, every Tuesday we had the Coliving dinner, every weekend there was an event like camping under the stars, trekking the volcanic Mount Batur etc. And there are a lot of other activities taking place everyday at Outpost Coworking so it's difficult to get bored. S, the event organiser is energetic and full of ideas and helps you even organise an event if you have sth on mind. I met a lot of friends, we exchanged our experiences, our knowledge, we 'stole' from each other hobbies, we discovered new hobbies in ourselves. During this month it happend to be my birthday. I was afraid I may have felt lonely because I was far from my family and friends but I didn't . I was so touched when I found flowers over my desk from Outpost as a happy birthday gift and everyone at the Coworking was saying Happy Birthday to me and I also celebrated it with my new friends I found at Outpost, Ubud. I had Bali in my bucket list for a long time. Since I can work remotely I choosed Outpost to go, live and work there while I visit Bali. I thought that after this month I would take Bali 'away' from my list as I usually do with every thing in that list. But because of Outpost I think I just added it permanently because I want to go again and I will go again... The last day I went away I was feeling like breaking up from someone I love because I was happy there at Outpost Ubud, Bali. I rediscovered myself... Thank you Outpost! We'll definitely meet again...very soon...

Excellent Coworking Space! One of the best, if not The best, I have been in Asia. Very well organized from both an ergonomic and administrative point of view. Very well equipped and confortable. Enough space to have your own space! Friendly and efficient staff. Pleasant atmosphere and a lot of activities for those willing to participate. Good WiFi, close to everything in Ubud, excellent food, what else? Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to work! I have been in Ubud for 2 weeks working on my project. I could meet people from different horizon, participate to useful workshops. Last but not least the cool environment (see the pictures), the great Green Window café. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Go for it and live the experience !

This place is a workers paradise!

Outpost Coworking is perfect for anyone looking for some office space with good internet in Ubud. Downstairs is a big open AC room with no talking so you can comfortably work in a quiet environment. Upstairs is great for enjoying the warmth of the day while still being cooled off by the fans that are going. It’s a must to enjoy sunsets on the second floor balcony. They are often stunning and you can work on a table outside while overlooking Ubud, the jungle, and enjoying the shades of pink, orange, and blue. One of the best parts of Outpost is definitely the staff. I swear they had my name memorized by my second visit. They are so kind and friendly and keep the place running really well. Highly recommend this Coworking space.

You can't find a better place to work in peace. staff is more than helpful, great WiFi, food and coffee. When you need a break and meet people events are the best.

We’ve worked at other co-working spaces in Bali. We’ve worked at other co-working spaces in Asia. Take my word for it, this is THE BEST! First off, every single person who runs the place in incredible. Spend enough time here and you’ll start to think of them as family. Next, the facilities, including downstairs air-conditioned quiet space, upstairs open-air work lounge, multiple conference rooms, calling rooms, chilled out outdoor garden, kitchen, cafe, shower, and massive pool.. what else do I have to say? Last, the location. Outside of the craziness of downtown Ubud, Outpost sits comfortably riverside within Nyuh Kuning, our favorite neighborhood in all of Bali. Big shout out to Febry, Sevi, Chowi, Banti, Remy, David, and everyone else for designing such an incredible spot to call home!

After a few weeks of trying and failing to work at cafes in Ubud(lots of distractions!), I finally decided to check out Outpost. I wish I had come day one! The staff here is so welcoming and helpful, and the environment is perfect to get work done and create community with like-minded entrepreneurs and digital nomads!

A huge fan of both the co-living villas and the co-working space. I have been staying here for 2 weeks and love the pool at the villa, the super comfy bed and breakfast every morning. Its then a short walk (5-10mins) to the co-working space which has quiet areas and also areas where you can socialise. The cafe downstairs can deliver food and drinks to you while you work - its just awesome! Lastly, the staff are fabulous. Thank you to Ragu for looking after me so well and also the ladies at the front desk of the co-working space. I'll be back!

This is only a one-day experience, so it may be that this does not reflect the day-to-day reality. Sorry about that. For somebody just needing to come for one day, the whole registration process if really an overkill. Additionally, the browser window was not in private mode, so your data will be saved by the browser (autocomplete) and other users / new members can see personal details which is not very cool. I would have expected the internet to be much faster (came in the morning when there was not so much going on). I did a test again a local server in Denpasar and it only reached about 40 Mbps (up/down). Decent, comparable to what you can get at your airbnb / hotel, but not the speed I had expected. I had problems connecting to some servers in Europe and I had to use my phone hotspot to fix the issue. In the afternoon there was somebody complaining about the internet speed. Maybe this was just a problem that day - it can happen! On a similar test I did from Hubud I got around 75Mbps (up/down) - so a clear difference. I think the photos on the internet overpromise regarding the location / pool / views. While it is definitely nice, you have high expectations when coming and the reality is a bit more normal. You might get the impression that the pool belongs to the co-working space but it is actually a very short walk to a hotel near the co-working space. It seems that the community is really nice and you can get some work done. The team was very friendly and helpful. On Thursday they even had a 15 minutes massage for anybody who wanted and offered some really nice sweets in the afternoon. It it is a rainy, cold day, bring some socks with you if you have cold feet. You will need to take your shoes off. Would come back! Thank you.

What a disappointing experience! I went to Outpost today, and bought the day pass. During the four hours I spent there, the WiFi permanently cut out, and when it didn’t, the connection was so shaky that is was basically unusable. I talked to the staff multiple times, and every time they said that their IT guy was looking into it. Nothing improved though. After four hours, I really needed a working internet connection, and decided to leave the space. I asked them for a refund, but they said they have a policy to not give refunds, and I’d have to talk to the manager, who is apparently only reachable by email. What a customer service!

I like it quite a bit. People are friendly, internet is good and you can order coffee through Slack. What's not to like about that?

I wanted to visit at 1:30 AM on Monday May 6. The google entry says its open 24 hours and the sign at the location said „open“ too. Doors were locked though and no one answered the phone. Probably don’t come here at night :/

A comfortable and cool place to work with colleagues.

Outpost Ubud is a perfect place to be productive and get to know very interesting people. Its "quiet room" allows you to fully concentrate with excellent AC, while the upper room is a great spot to connect and enjoy the jungle views. I had an incredible experience at this coworking space, the team is great, always willing to make your stay easier and provide you with everything you need.

The best Co-Working place you can find in Ubud. Downstairs they have a quiet room, upstairs an area where you can take phone calls, with an EPIC view, no other co-working space can top that. Skype rooms and meeting rooms are available, 3 restaurants right next door, should you be in 'work mode' this is the perfect place to be. They have weekly social events going on too which are awesome and a co-living place as well should you be looking for accommodation.

The best space in Ubud to get focused work done & the staff is extremely helpful, friendly & cool.

Their interior is probably the coziest interns like hom office design for me. If I want and office that feels like home this place definitely fit my design idea. This place is well equipped with meeting rooms, Skype rooms, balcony, quiet room for less noice working area even offices for rent. They even have Cafe on the side of this place and enough parking lot for all their guest. This is a good place for work and trigger creativity.

Aside from Outpost and Starbucks, there are hardly any air-conditioned spaces in Ubud where you can work comfortably. I think Outpost is a must-visit for anyone planning to work in Bali. There is a staff member here who speaks Korean well, which made the experience even more convenient.

This is the ultimate co working space to inspire productivity and sense of community. The Outposts my haven in Ubud with large spacious co working rooms, spaces for privacy, meetings, skyping etc. The cafe at the Outpost makes some of the best coffee ive ever had. Also, all members get free unlimited access to the gorgeous pool and pool bar (you still have to pay for the drinks of course). The staff is amazing as well. They remember everyones name and are so helpful and even deliver food and drink directly to your desk! Overall, Outpost is the ideal coworking space and I recommend it to anyone looking for a space to be productive in Ubud.

Top-notch, beautiful coworking space! Great spot to network amidst sophisticated professionals in Bali. Enjoyed how the first floor is quiet whereas the second floor is lively and has a gorgeous balcony overlooking a river. Cool plus the coworking space has access to a pool, too. Owner Bryan is a great resource for entrepreneurs, too, given his background in venture capital.

A comfy and well-run coworking space to get things done while in Ubud, out of the touristy area. Laid-back but efficient and professional, with fast Internet and friendly staff. I like switching between the desks inside and the beanbags or lounge chairs outdoors when I need to do creative writing. They also offer dedicated office space, so it could be a good spot for those who want to start and grow their business in Bali or Indonesia. Recommended.
