Beautiful and organized place, however there is only one kitchen with 6 stoves for the entire building (4 floors with 20 rooms each). The communal spaces are not big enough for big events.

I like the community here. The park is next door, and the MRT Bandung Station is nearby. The Jiu Building has a restaurant and a shared living room, kitchen, yoga room, recording studio and toilet on the second floor. It was with the founder who was also a family friend. I think it is very good, we suggest whether it is possible to work for accommodation, such as cleaning and accommodation! He said yes~ The fly in the ointment is the personal factor (my company is really far from Bandung), otherwise it is really attractive to me who wants to rent a house in Taipei for the first time!
