My name is Monika and I come from Poland. I am licensed Zumba, Reggaeton and Fitness instructor.

When I was younger I used to dance Disco Dance and Hip Hop. Together with my team we were taking parts in Polish Championships and not only once we came back we the gold 🙂 When I started my studies I changed dancing to fitness. Some time later I found Zumba – it is a great fusion of both – fitness and dancing! And that’s how I became a Zumba instructor 🙂
On my classes I want to give you a fire, a ton of positive energy and endorphins! I want to help you to stay fit and in good health condition. I simply want to make you feel better in every possible way 🙂
