Hi there! I am Jake, a Software Engineer, currently working remotely for the company I used to work in at STL. I moved out to the Seattle area because, well, mountains, duh! And I am absolutely in love with the area.Though as I am sure everyone can relate, I have been struggling with an aspect since moving here in August of last year (with COVID-19 and all), meeting people like myself.I am a geek of course and write in React and Typescript, but I also love to hike, am usually down for any adventure. I am a big gamer (big shocker) and I love drumming.I am a bit shy, but truly like having friends, preferring small groups. I mainly am looking to burst out of my shell and meet like-minded people.
