My name is Tien and I am a nutrition graduate, a former food scientist, and most recently, a freelance health coach. I am also a volunteer community workshop facilitator, and I enjoy using my skills to contribute to the growth and connection within the community in which I serve. Among the events I’ve organized include art jams, life value auctions, mindful eating, and many more centering around the mission to empower people to be their true selves and bring more kindness, compassion, and creativity to this world.
