I left a good review two years ago as this place had really competitive prices during Covid, so the quality-price was really good. However, I spent one night in December and although the rooms and bed are comfortable and beautifully furnished, the hotel should have done some upgrades to be okay to pay the current price. Coffee is terrible during breakfast, same for the juices, and the food at the lobby bar it can go from average to bad depending on what you order.
The staff is really kind and attentive.
You can bring your pet, but the charge is 20bgn extra per night, which for a longer stay it adds up.
