Let’s start positive. The food is fine and the location + private beach are good. The rooms however are not. We booked a superior room and got a tiny room where everything is crammed together. We don’t have a bathroom but a bathtub (which leaks) right infront of the small bed. Only 10 cm from the bed is the door to the balcony so it takes some manoeuvring to get on it. The balcony itself is so small that barely 2 people can sit on it. Nothing to hang the towels on to dry either. Talking about the towels, they give you 2 light blue or dark blue towels to use at the pool or beach, it’s a whole hassle to get the dark blue long towels and some days you don’t even get any blue towels. Going out for a trip is fine and there is a option to get lunchboxes, the only thing is that reception points to the diner and the diner points to reception where in the end you don’t get a lunchbox for the day you wanted. If you book all in your minifridge should be restocked every 3 days, it should’ve happend 3 times during our stay and it was never restocked, when asking for it you’ll get a annoyed response from the reception ladies. With nearly any question they get annoyed in general. A shout out to Yannis from the middle building reception, he made a effort to get things sorted but in the end the cleaning team didn’t do what he asked either.

I bet that there are good rooms but don’t give away rooms as superior when they clearly aren’t.
