😊: Quiet (we couldn't hear the street, the room overlooked a patio), exceptional location close to everything in the historic center, cleanliness and drinking water available in a small shared kitchenette, very convenient building entry system. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The location was great, the staff friendly and helpful. 😢: If you're not tech-savvy, you practically can't get into the house before 3 PM unless you get there by pure chance. You're given a check-in link, but it didn't work for us. At night, there were noisy people outside disposing of bags of bottles into collection bins, even after midnight, which isn't the fault of the accommodation. Otherwise, everything was fine for us.

😊: Location. 😢: Bathroom a bit small.

😊: Excellent location both for my personal needs (50 meters from the place where I held the lesson/conference) and in general (a stone's throw from important monuments of beautiful Palermo.

In the old center, close to everything. Very comfortable bed. I really loved the atypical building and rooms. It's something you don't see everyday. It's also an artistic residence, combining long, medium and short stays. We could enjoy concerts and deep conversations with other residents. I will absolutely go back

😊: The property is located in the historic center in a beautiful building. MojoCoHouse is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. I met very kind people to chat with, and the staff is always smiling and ready to make you feel welcome and at ease. It was a wonderful stay.

😊: As I'm travelling solo, I only required a single bed for three nights. The room was modest but very appropriately priced and I think was very fair for the location/proximity to the town centre. The bed was comfortable, the room was air conditioned and the ensuite was well appointed. The entire place was also very clean. As my room was facing toward the back alley, I was impressed at how quiet it was in the evening. In saying that, the hotel is very central to the street matkets so some noise pollution is expected in a city with a bustling nightlife. The wifi/internet connection was reliable and good. I had initial problems connecting but the staff were able to assist via direct message.. 😢: I don't really have any bad things to say. Perhaps a little more artwork or decor in the Deliciosa room?.

😊: The hotel layout features a top-floor room. There's an elevator if needed. A shared terrace and kitchen overlook an interior courtyard. The room has air conditioning. The staff is very friendly! The atmosphere is relaxed. It's very well located in the city center but quiet.

😊: We had some issues with our double room - noisy room neighbours - and the staff was very accommodating and helpful, sorting out our problem really quickly! I would recommend the place, the architecture is superb, the location too! And the team running the place is exceptionally helpful.. 😢: If you are a light sleeper some street facing rooms could affect your sleep as it is a main and tourist frequented street - for us it was soothing to hear the street noise during the evenings..

😊: Mojo Cohouse is an absolute gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect — everything you need is just a short walk away, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxed. The place itself is comfortable, with a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff are always ready to help with a smile..

😊: Very convenient for exploring Palermo on foot. The train station and therefore the airport are just a few minutes away, and it's just a stone's throw from the city center. 😢: Too much noise from the street below, and no water when you wake up all morning.

Giuseppe has a wonderful space that’s clean, cozy, and close to everything. My room was very comfortable, with a nice bed, a desk, and a full kitchen where I was able to cook meals every night. The people staying at the coliving were awesome too, it was easy to make friends and join in on fun activities. Giuseppe also hosts a lot of jam sessions nearby, so there are always opportunities to enjoy some great music after the workday. I highly recommend staying here if you’re someone who wants to get work done while also enjoying everything Sicily has to offer and meeting new friends along the way.

😊: Staying at Mojo is an experience in itself, which is why I chose to return to Mojo on my second visit to Palermo. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They'll help you with any information you need to experience Palermo according to your plans. It's in a perfect location for seeing the city's main attractions, the entire establishment is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Mojo is also a meeting place that promotes culture and art, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't regret it.

The rooms are pleasant, air-conditioned, and have access to a shared kitchen. The cleaning ladies are incredibly friendly; I highly recommend them!

My first co living experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The energy of the place was vibrant yet relaxed — the perfect balance for someone looking to feel inspired, connected, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Palermo, surrounded by charming cafes, art-filled streets, and local gems. The space itself was beautifully designed, with thoughtful details that made everyday living not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. The best part of this experience was the community. I met incredible people from around the world — open-minded, creative, and kind. I’ll definitely be back!

😊: I can highly recommend this fantastic accommodation. I stayed in Palermo for just under a week and I think it's the ideal base for a short trip. Pia and Giuseppe do a superb job managing it. The apartments are very uniquely designed and have a character all their own. You immediately feel at home here. It's located right in the city center and you can easily walk to the main sights. Lots of cafes and restaurants are just around the corner.

😊: Very close to the most important sights, the host was wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. 😢: The neighborhood was noisy, especially at night with hungry people wandering around or "artistic performances."

We stayed here for two nights; it's a truly unique place...not a 4-star hotel room, but not a bland apartment like so many others...an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Giuseppe's kindness and helpfulness, and the central location! Clean, with basic furnishings. I recommend it!

😊: The location is unbeatable and the staff is super attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable. The shower was a rain shower! There was complimentary coffee from the hotel and a kitchenette with a refrigerator to store anything you need. Overall, very happy with the experience. 😢: For the price, I don't think I can complain about anything. If I had to say something, I'd say the street is a little scary if you're not used to Palermo, but by the second day you'll see that all the streets are the same, haha.

We had a wonderful stay in Mojo! Can’t say anything bad about it. Location is perfect you can do everything by foot. It has a cute little terras that is perfect to have some aperol spritz and if you want, great company. Giuseppe is the best host you can have, he is one of the reasons why we had such a wonderful time in Palermo. He helps you with everything and has great tips! We really want to go back! The room is equipped with every comfort and is truly exquisitely furnished. It features a private bathroom and an incredible shared terrace. Giuseppe made us feel at home from the first moment we met and was available for our every need. An unforgettable vacation.

The perfect place to stay for visiting Palermo's historic center: all the main monuments and attractions are within easy walking distance. The room and bathroom are new, well-equipped, and air conditioned. The cleanliness was excellent. We didn't use it, but we were given the opportunity to use the shared kitchen. Giuseppe's helpfulness and courtesy were particularly noteworthy. He helped us activate our daily ZTL pass and find parking before our arrival; it's advisable to leave your car in a private parking lot, considering the property is located in the historic center (we had a great experience with Parcheggio Pagano, just steps away). Our stay at Mojo CoHouse truly made our visit to Palermo special.

😊: Great location, close to everything, beautiful room preserved in an antique style with painted frescoes on the ceiling. The air conditioning works, and we have a beautiful view of the city center from the balcony. The very nice and helpful owner showed us around the entire property and showed us what we could use. 😢: A slight downside is the bathroom, which is accessed through the main door to the room. The charm of being in the center also means a lot of noise, even until 5 a.m., with shouting and loud music, but you get used to it.

😊: The entrance from the street is quite inconspicuous, but once you get there, there's nothing to complain about. You can leave your luggage before/after check-in, and we managed to check in early. The owner's communication was wonderful – any questions or advice – if he doesn't know something, for example, about a nearby town, he immediately asks his friends and then keeps you updated. The room and kitchen are equipped with literally everything! Highly recommended!

😊: Fantastic location. Very clean. Air conditioning. Friendly staff. There was a hairdryer, toilet paper, shower gel, and hand soap. 😢: Labyrinthine. Built with flimsy materials, it seemed like everything was temporary and still under construction.

I stayed at Giuseppe's property for two days in December 2022. The room didn't exactly match what I'd seen in the photos before booking. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I only stayed one because Giuseppe was hosting a party inside the building on New Year's Eve (a party I hadn't been informed about). I definitely won't be returning!

Excellent starting point for exploring Palermo, top location. Giuseppe, the owner, is helpful and very kind. The structure is simple and unique. The only downside is that it's centrally located, and Palermo is a very lively city. If you have trouble sleeping, you might have trouble sleeping with the windows open.

A welcoming B&B in the historic center, and above all, you're right in the heart of beautiful Palermo, a city steeped in history. I recommend trying the ancient recipes of typical Sicilian sweets made by the Sisters of Santa Caterina of the monastery of the same name, located just steps from the B&B.

MojoCo House is located near central station in safe area, there are many landmarks of the city in walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. It good working air condition, in the bathroom you can find hair dryer. The host is so nice and with positive energy. He speaks good English. Gave me great recommendations about what to see and where to eat. If I will come back to Palermo I’ll definitely choose MojoCo House! :)

I chose the Mojo for my 'summer office' and it was absolutely fabulous! Most important to me while working of course stable net connection which was given throughout the time and enough space (also for breaks) and a real desk to work on!!! Besides that and the perfect location in the middle of the centro storico but still super quiet I have to add that Giuseppe is an extraordinary host who made my stay unforgettable!! Thanks Giuseppe I felt really welcomed in your beautiful house. I really appreciated also the events you advised me to go and the people I met. I highly recommend Mojo as place with a soul in Palermo!

At this price, you'd expect a B&B breakfast, but with a small voucher (yes, included in the booking) you can go to the bar across the street and get whatever you want for a total of €5... Let's forget it. | The room is nice and very basic, the bathroom is shared with the other rooms but still tidy and clean.

My husband and I went tol mojoes restaurant I have the crabcakes which are just absolutely delicious and my husband had the chicken Parmesan and after dinner for dessert we decided to order the regatta pound cake which was absolutely delicious this was a way to end the eat the calories but it was well worth it I highly recommend you going to Mojoes it's an excellent place had a nice dinner great atmosphere great waiter asentura
