Live It Ramblas, Barcelona Coliving

Kevin from maintenance was incredible. He was very friendly and fixed all my problems with my room without any issues. I'm very happy with his services.

The Job was quick and well done.

Great, big friendly french community and good gym for calisthenics

Good afternoon! I wanted to let you know, as a guest of the apartment in the Gràcia neighborhood, that we recently had some issues with the apartment, but Kevin from maintenance helped and advised us on everything. His effort and dedication to making this apartment and its facilities more efficient makes me happy and pleased as a guest of this apartment!

We want to warn others about this company. We are shocked that Live It has still not returned my daughter’s €800 security deposit. She stayed at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 515 and checked out on 15 August. At this point, it seems like we have simply been scammed out of €800. Despite repeated attempts to get the deposit back, it has still not been returned. They now don’t respond to our emails requesting repayment. Based on our experience, they cannot be trusted to return your deposit or to resolve issues you may have. We are extremely disappointed with the current situation and are now having to pursue the matter through our bank and consider further legal action to recover our money.

Kevin from the maintenance department is very friendly and professional. He did everything he could to fix a water leak in my apartment very quickly. I highly recommend his services!

Kevin from maintenance helped us a lot and quickly.

Kevin came to paint my room; he was very helpful and nice, and afterwards he mopped and put all the furniture back! He's also taking care of the oven and glasses! (It's a shame that this only happens upon request, but then it's done!)

Great experience, great staff I was in room 206 and was very nice

I lived in this coliving space and left on June 21st. First, the room was non-compliant and unsafe: the only window was totally inaccessible (I am 167 cm tall and couldn't reach it), meaning zero natural light from the kitchen and a major safety hazard in case of a fire. Regarding the deposit: Spanish law strictly requires the return of the security deposit within 1 month. It has now been well over 1 month and they refuse to refund me, claiming a 7-week administrative processing delay regarding IBAN details. Proceeding with an official Burofax and legal action. Photos attached so people can see the real setup for themselves.

Shitty place, delted the old reviews and location to replace it

I stayed here for 6 months, an amazing experience. There are bi-weekly events and coworking spaces to work in, and the outdoor gym is a bonus.

I've been told it's very good!

Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended. Melisa is amazing; ask for her and you'll understand why this is the best place to be in Barcelona. 100% recommended.

Eugenie was super welcoming and great host!

Eugenie was grea

Thank you Eugenie!!!!!!!!!🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very nice atmosphere, the girls organized everything very well.

Amazing attention and views

Very bad experience. I do not recommend this company. The room was dirty, had several damages, and the noise was unbearable, making it very difficult to rest. The worst part was the customer service. I went in person to their office at 10 Unión Street to speak directly with the managers and ask for a solution, including a room change. However, neither of the two managers was willing to speak with me. They never came out to talk to me. Instead, they repeatedly sent an employee back and forth to relay messages because they refused to face me directly. I felt completely ignored and treated with a lack of respect as a customer. Instead of solving the problem, they wanted to charge me €360.60 to change rooms or for administrative procedures. It is completely unacceptable to ask a tenant to pay extra to fix a problem that was not their fault. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing because of the poor condition of the room, the lack of professionalism, and the complete absence of customer support. I would never rent from this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Super cool place! Big thanks to Eugénie for the awesome parties!

Lovely place to live in. So easy to make friends and meet people. The events are so fun to attend thanks to Eugenie , she’s such an amazing event manager that makes our stay super special and unforgettable.

Lovely party Eugenie and Melissa! The music was spectacular tonight.

Eugenie and Melissa, you both did an amazing job! Lovely evening.

Kevin stopped by my apartment for the second time and he was very helpful and kind! He works fast and efficiently.

Kevin is so helpful, he is always here anytime we need something to be fixed, now the air conditionning is working effeciently ! Thanks Kevin !

My son and I booked a room with a private bathroom, but when we arrived, the toilet was missing. We pointed this out, and the room was changed immediately. The new room is spotless and very modern. P.S. This review is written by my 10-year-old son himself :-)

many hidden fees, the rooms are looking different from the pictures, they refuse to give the deposit back

We had a wonderful evening organized by Eugénie, thank you! 😊

Its a perfect service from kevin

Kevin helped us fix the heaters, now it's much better

There was a problem with the flush and Kevin was very efficient and fixed the issue soon

He is so good and his work is recommendable,i will as well recommend Kevin of maintenance to someone that needs to fix any electricity issues like this too.

Thanks to Kevin who came on Saturday to open our bathroom door which had been locked from the inside since yesterday evening. Very kind, friendly and professional, also very nice, always with a smile. Excellent service. He also asked us if we had other problems, I wish everyone was like this.

I want to share my experience with our maintenance guy who’s name is Kevin , he is a maintenance guy in live it as I came today morning as we have lots of issues in our sant pau 119 which he solved with amazing work , he responded very quickly so I’m say to thanks a lot to live it and Mr.Kevin

Thank you for the anazing music!!!!😝😝

Kevin, the maintenance guy, helped me with the bathroom problem. He was absolutely fantastic. He fixed it in no time.

Please, whatever you do - don't live here. Rooms are standard but communication and company management is horrible. You'll wait weeks to get deposit back, I had all of my clothes stolen as well as several other belongings and have never got compensation, despite being promised.

I liked the debate we had in the party that they throw today

Bran is very helpful and all staff is very friendly

Bran the best manager

Friendly

Thanks for the good vibes! Highly recommended!

Excellent experience! Gabriel and Bran were the best hosts! 🤩🔝🎉

Good party, really good ping pong games played. Would definitely do it again

there Is no beer

Amazing place. Especially Brandend!!!

Beautiful event! Beautiful people

Expect no sound isolation at all, extremely small shared kitchen area without dining table, and waiting for at least 3 months to get your deposit back

Kevin quickly helped with the heating problem I had, 5min later it worked greatly!

My Experience (1 Month Stay) I stayed at Live It in Barcelona, near La Rambla, for one month, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I had chosen this co-living space because of its central location and because it promised a professional, clean, and comfortable living environment. What I actually experienced was the complete opposite, unprofessional management, poor hygiene, and a total lack of respect for guests’ safety and comfort. 1. Wrong room and apparent mismanagement When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different (and much smaller) room than the one I had booked and paid for. After several discussions with the staff, they finally gave me a key card to another room, only for me to open the door and find a man already staying there. He was as shocked as I was, and we had to return to reception together. On the way, he explained that the same thing had happened to him: he had originally been assigned a room that was far smaller and worse than what he had paid for. He had then been temporarily placed in a different room and allowed to stay there. This made it clear that the co-living management seems to systematically assign guests to cheaper, smaller rooms than what they booked, then wait to see who complains before offering a solution. It felt extremely unprofessional, and almost like an attempt to scam people out of the full value of their booking. 2. Extra fees for their mistakes After finally being given the correct room, I received an email asking me to sign a new contract and pay a €60 “room change fee.” I had not requested a room change, it was their mistake, and had to argue repeatedly to avoid paying. 3. Dirty, moldy, and unhygienic apartment The apartment was filthy. The fridge was unusable, the kitchen greasy, and the bathroom covered in mold, including in the shower and on surfaces. The shower floor was yellow from lack of cleaning, and I could only shower with flip-flops. There was even mold in my room. 4. No fresh bed linen or towels I slept in the same sheets for three weeks, despite asking six times via WhatsApp, phone, and in person for replacements. Only after repeated insistence did I finally receive fresh sheets. Towels were also stingy, I received only one towel instead of three. My roommates had similar experiences. 5. Unsafe and uncomfortable situation as a woman One roommate invited three strange men to sleep in the apartment without my consent. I reluctantly agreed for one night, but he wanted them to stay for four nights. I felt completely unsafe, especially since I had already paid for only two roommates. When I spoke with reception, I was told overnight visitors are allowed for three nights without any verification of their identities, meaning I could be forced to share the apartment with strangers whose safety and background were unknown. On co-living, according to the website, no guests were allowed after 10 p.m. However, they do not care about that.

Bas is the greatest DJ!

We have Kevin visit us fix our bedroom there was a good job at the guy who do it fast was fabulous💯💪🏽

Loved my stay here, Kevin was the best technicien and helped me with some things that needed fixing in the room.

I strongly advise against using Liveit. My experience in a property managed by this company was disastrous. The apartment was extremely unsanitary: significant electrical hazards, resulting in several electrocutions, a massive infestation of pests: worms, flies, cockroaches, various insects, mice… even in the appliances (washing machine), dishes, food cupboards, and even in the furniture such as the mattress and armchairs. Photos and videos were provided to the company, but no serious action was taken despite my numerous requests. The complete lack of communication is also noteworthy: messages ignored, no response, no follow-up. After vacating the property and returning the keys according to the rules, Liveit still refuses to return my €500 deposit and has not responded despite several reminders. A company that rents out properties in such a state, doesn't respond to tenants, and fails to meet its obligations is absolutely unreliable. I strongly advise against using them.

We rented a room for six months and everything went well, however, the return of our security deposit was a disaster. It's now been four months since we returned the keys. We haven't been able to get our money back despite numerous calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. They are completely incompetent. It's impossible to get hold of a competent person.

Very clean, thank you again Olga

The rental property in Barcelona proved to be uninhabitable upon arrival. Several serious issues were observed: • Presence of rodent droppings in various parts of the property. • Visible mold on the walls and ceilings. • General conditions did not match the photos and descriptions provided at the time of booking. These problems pose a serious risk to hygiene and health and render the property unfit for habitation.

SCAM. Didn't got my deposit back, for not"cleaning" my room before leaving. My room was perfectly clean when I left it... They just add a random reason to dont give you your deposit back

Now's the time for me to leave my feedback. The first time, I had a problem: they mistakenly assigned me accommodation in a different residence, which wasn't part of the original plan. I reported this to reception, and they didn't hesitate to find a solution. I especially want to thank the manager of Live It Rambla. Thanks to him, I had a pleasant experience. He's understanding, knows how to handle difficult situations, and is very pleasant. I'd like to say hello to him and ask you to pass on my message. Thanks to him, I'm giving it 5 stars. Regarding the quality of the residence and the apartment, I have no complaints: it's excellent. One small point: the air conditioning is centralized in all the rooms. It would have been nice if each room had its own individual control, because sometimes one of the roommates doesn't want the air conditioning to be cold, and we have to leave it off. This is just a suggestion. Otherwise, everything else was great: friendly staff at reception. Quick deposit refund, and quick key handling, as well as check-in and check-out. Well done and keep it up, good luck. I'll definitely be back next time. Special thanks to the manager and also to Lawra, a lovely young woman.

I can only advise against staying at the apartments offered by Live It. I stayed at Roger de Lluria for 10 months and my experience has been extremely dissatisfying. First, the room itself seemed alright, although the common area was very dirty when arriving. After a while, I noticed a lot of mold in my room as I could not open the main window. I messaged Live It several times and although some from the staff were friendly, nothing happened for half a year, so that I had to live in a room with mold for a long time. I even noticed that after sleeping I always felt nauseous and sometimes sick because of it. I also tried to remove the mold myself but I couldn’t get everything out without proper equipment and without changing the root cause- the window. Finally the window was replaced 3 weeks before my checkout when I wasn’t home and all my stuff got dirty because of the dust from the construction works. To top it all off, today I received part of the deposit after 9 weeks and the rest is missing without explanation.

I'm here at home, and the music on the terrace is blasting! It's incredibly inconsiderate of the neighborhood and the residents. It's disrespectful and careless to have to put up with these rave-like parties.

Fun events !!! Thanks roman and Laura

Amazing place where to live

The team are great, but the wifi is SO BAD, i've been here nearly 6 months and they still have not sorted this, doesn't seem to have much urgency either. Also, Cockroaches are in the building and I've been asking them to clean the communal space for weeks now, and still nothing. I will he happy to update this review when all is fixed.

Kevin and Olga are very kind

Kevin and Olga are great!!

I love this place that let me feel like home since day one actually and I just wanted to thank Laura for all the effort she puts to make everyone feel excited with the events and helps with everything she could Muchas gracias Laura ♥️

They left the place spotless, it looks like new, very good quality of service and Kevin and Olga were very friendly.

Kevin has been very kind and patient, he's put a lot of effort into his work, and he's also made suggestions for things we can improve as a team. Very grateful. Excellent service.

Kevin and Olga are excellent cleaners, very grateful for their services!

Just wanted to thank Kévin and Olga, for the cleaning, they really go in the detail and take more than enough care for it, so they deserte this 5 star review

A great place to stay when going on an extended trip to Barcelona. Love the gym, coworking space, but most importantly the weekly themed events which are a lot of fun to attend and a great way to meet people here. It's always exciting to see the calendar each month because there is so much variety. Especially loved the one where we drank wine and created art!

Very friendly and helpful service. Any inconveniences that might happened were immediately solved within a day. For past 5 years as I used to move around, not many places can get in contact and solve the issues as fast as here. Another thanks to Sofia, for helping me with room!

An amazing stay just steps from La Rambla in Barcelona. Beautiful rooms, fully equipped. Very friendly staff :) Highly recommended!

Poorly informed check-in process, the final price charged was higher than what the website stated, and they don't answer questions.

Live IT is a fantastic structure. I had some issues with my contract, but they resolved it quickly because they provided a very satisfactory solution. The customer service is excellent. I appreciate the operational work, but the financial department for deposit disbursement needs improvement. I also want to thank Manuel, who helped me tremendously with every little detail and was very patient with me.

Lots of problems. Our building wasn't even officially registered. So there's definitely some kind of tax evasion or shady business going on. They don't check who comes in and don't seem to care much about the neighbors. My roommates had to complain for months about someone who was verbally abusing them to get them to leave. They supposedly come every week to clean the common areas, but that's not true. You have to keep chasing them to get them to do it. The layout isn't designed for real living either. It's more about cramming as many rooms as possible per square meter. Basic things like glasses and cutlery are often missing. The 5-star reviews are either from company employees or completely fake, so don't trust them too much.

I loved Live It, it's location, and facilities. I realize that this place isn't for everyone, as it is at the very center of Barcelona. When you step out of the building, you have La Rambla right there. Some people may not like being in such a central location. It can be noisy, with people playing music and speaking loudly. Your flatmates and housemates can be from anywhere in the world. This accommodation tends to attract relatively young people, aged 20-40, so before booking, consider if you will enjoy this kind of environment. For me, it was ideal and exactly what I was searching for. Thank you, Live It.

One of the most beautiful places in Barcelona in terms of cleanliness, service, and lifestyle. Live it Love it ❤

Everything was excellent: the facilities, the CrossFit gym, the staff (a 10 out of 10), and the impeccable service. It was a great experience. The deposit refund process was excellent; I don't agree with the negative comments about it. I was there for three months, and it was a complete success.

Excellent service, very attentive reception staff, lovely co-working space, fitness room, and a fantastic terrace. Super comfortable.

Excellent coliving space, the gym is very well-equipped, the Wi-Fi works great, the terrace is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly and proactive. I highly recommend it.

Manu's professionalism and commitment made my stay incredible!

Would love to give 0 stars but it`s not possible. Way too expensive for Barcelona and the services are not working. The cleaning service is also not working, i have to complain every week about it! Stay away from this place :)

Very helpful and efficient staff. Big up to Joana who managed to find solutions for really urgent problems

Absolutely disgraceful. I stayed at their coliving space in Barcelona during April and had several problems due to the lack of cleanliness and dirt in the common areas. Furthermore, I've been waiting for over three weeks for them to send me the invoice for my stay so my company can reimburse me, and despite speaking with their employees in Barcelona and Madrid several times, they still haven't responded. A complete disgrace of a management company; I do not recommend them.

Very nice coliving, with the best location. The room is quite big for the city standards and they organize nice activities as well. I can’t ask for anything else

I stayed here last year after the company had placed me in an accommodation that firstly wasn’t as advertised (no ensuite bathroom) and secondly they hadn’t checked or cleaned the accommodation prior to me staying, so when I arrived I found that it had been broken into and lived in by homeless people. It was absolutely disgusting and overall a very distressing experience which they didn’t even compensate me for and refused to refund me the HUGE admin fee that they charged. So I stayed at the la ramblas building for a few months instead and I did like the rooftop and the gym but overall it is very expensive for what you pay for. But the real issue I have with this company was getting my deposit back after I stayed; the company lied to me, ignored me and wouldn’t give me back my deposit and for no reason at all! It seems that the electronic system that they use if faulty and the amount of times that they would lie to me by telling me I would receive my refund is just unacceptable. It has caused me months of stress. The company have very bad customer service and I am aware that I am not the only tenant that had this issue with them not issuing deposits. I would not recommend using this company.

Great co-working place with a super friendly and supportive team, in a central location, with high-speed internet. Only wish / recommendation to get phone booth(s).

The yoga organised by Gal today was great, it was so nice to do it outside and was a great way to meet people living in the accomodation. Any more activities like this would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I loved the Carnival party it was super nice to meet other people from the co-living, Gal had a great idea can’t wait for more!

Excellent long-term residence. Fantastic location in the heart of Barcelona. The reception staff are very responsive and attentive. Housekeeping is somewhat inconsistent and not frequent, but this isn't a major issue. The gym is very good despite being quite basic. I recommend it.

Very nice place. I spent 3 months here with my wife. The room was comfortable enough for two, clean and the apartment was cleaned every time. The staff was very nice, they explained and showed everything. There is a gym and a rooftop terrace where you can have a good time with friends. we think we will come back here if I come to Barcelona again.

I had a really good experience here at Live it. Everyone at the reception was really nice, they helped me with everything I needed. The cleaning service was also very good.

I have lived here from may to august. Lovely roommates but that’s random of course. The gothic building is good. It’s a little less fancy than the main building but okay. I did specifically requested a room and good a written confirmation but when u arrived it was a different one. Luckily now I had the garden room. Did run into some problem while living such as : - when I checked in I was told by the reception that if we wanted to check out earlier this would be no issue and money would be refunded, this is not possible so they don’t know what they are saying - A weekend without WiFi with no warning. - They gave a stranger a key to my room⁉️so he walked in while I was away and could have taken everything. I still had a contract for 1,5 month longer. Also send out random move out mails when I still had a month to go! - Random people coming into the appartement without a warning and only speaking Spanish. - Incident made in the app are not handled, they don’t care. We had a wild bat and seagull in the yard for multiple days and had to remove them ourselves. - Housekeeping having lunch in our appartement and being very loud after telling them I work nights. And not cleaning, only coming in to use the microwave. - Being texted and called multiple of having not paid after having paid a week before, so always ask for prove of payment cause they will try to scam you. - they don’t refund the whole deposit, they take out cleaning fee and extra money with no explanation. Would not recommend cause of the stress! Oh and they make you leave fake reviews!!!!!!telling people it’s to review housekeeping.

Damaris, a remarkable professional, very clean apartment!

SCAM! They stole 1350 EUROS of mine!!!!!! THEM AND SPOTAHOME IN COLLUSION. AND FROM WHAT I SEE, THEY DON'T EVEN RETURN DEPOSITS! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY'VE DEVELOPED A TASTE FOR STEALING!!! MOST OF THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! SO OBVIOUS!! THEY SPEAK HIGHLIGHTS ABOUT THEIR CLEANING STAFF OR RECEPTIONISTS... ACCOUNTS THAT ONLY HAVE ONE REVIEW IN THEIR ENTIRE LIVES. ONE DAY THEY WAKED UP AND WANTED TO LEAVE FIVE STARS TO COMPLIMENT THE SAME EMPLOYEE...

Watch out, it's a scam. We rented a room for 1 300 € (already a rip-off right ?), but simultaneously to the payment being made, we received an email letting us know that 2 000 € more were to be paid. 3 000 € for a room ! We immediately asked for cancellation and a refund. But even though we never checked-in, Live It kept our 1 300 € deposit. A complaint has been filed with the European Consumer Center, the OCU and the Juzgado Civil. We're also looking into the finances of their "partner in crime", Spotahome (the booking platform), through the Hacienda.

Beware of scams!!!! They steal people's money! They use platforms like Spotahome to advertise, listing one price. But after collecting the first amount, they demand THREE TIMES, and if you don't agree, they keep the first sum!!! In my case, they stole 1350 EUROS from me!!!!!! Keep exploiting the real estate bubble, speculators, it's going to burst soon...

Beware! Scam!!!! Through the Spotahome platform, they advertise a room for rent at €1030 per month. However, after they charged my credit card, I received an email saying that this was just the beginning, and that the price of a room for one month, including all fees, would reach €3000!!!! Triple the price indicated in the ad. I contacted them immediately. Paloma and Eli assisted me, and Eli told me that if I notified Spotahome of the cancellation within 24 hours, they would refund my money. However, when the platform contacted them to inform them that this had been done, they changed their minds and kept my €1350!!!!! I don't understand how they can continue operating! I have already filed a fraud report with my bank and also with the European Union Consumer Centre. Both these criminals and Spotahome are scammers with numerous consumer complaints against them.

Avoid at all costs. They are scamming people by not returning their deposits back to them and they will ignore all your emails as they are doing to me. It’s been over 8 weeks since I left and I’m still chasing them for my deposit back. This is happening to the majority of residents. They will claim their systems are down but this is a lie as some people do get their deposits back but not the rest of us. Do not book with them, it’s not worth the hassle.

A perfect stay. Ana, the very friendly receptionist, showed us around the facilities and answered all our questions upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Ana was lovely, she gave me great service!

Highly recommended. Great location and very attentive staff. Ana answered all my questions and helped me with her recommendations. Thank you very much.

I stayed a few weeks ago and loved the place; everything was very clean. Ana looked after us and was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.

The company is only after money. You'll incur unnecessary extra costs if you live there.

Anna at reception was very kind and helpful! Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Ana, the receptionist, was very kind and attentive; she helped me a lot during my stay.

Ana helped me and she was super nice and friendly. She answered all my questions about the deposit. The facilities were very clean. You can tell they take care of the place. In the four months I was there, I didn't have a single problem. I'll definitely be back.

Ana has been super respectful and kind to me!! Excellent service...thank you so much.

Tatiana was super nice and did an excellent job with the cleaning!

Stayed here in the ramblas building for half a year, and overall it was a great experience! The staff are friendly and generally try to help you if you ask, the location is in the dead center of the city, so it's easy to commute anywhere you need. They used to hold different events for tennants, although in the last months of my stay there has been less of those. However, one thing that I didn't like as much is the Tennant portal. In generall, it doesn't work that great. The interface is a bit confusing and the checkout procedure to receive your deposit is unnecessarily complex. But nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here. P.s: And yeah, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ additionally for the cleaning service, send my regards to Betzy 😁

Cleaning does NOT clean the room, the air conditioner does not work which has been a problem on the top floor. My complaints have been ignored, so now I’m writing a review. I have also dealt with TOXIC MOLD that has growing in my apartment for 4 months, which they refuse to fix. In response to @live it, yes I did complain about it, and it is still there. I have attached a new photo, where the same mold (now white) has come through the wall. I have also complained about the air conditioner again, which has still not been fixed. Your response is terrible and I stand by my review. They also SCAM RESIDENTS by refusing to return the deposit on time OR AT ALL, and by stealing 70 from every deposit as “cleaning fees” even if you leave the apartment clean.

It’s horrible! Nothing is working, the stuff doesn’t care at all. My shower wasn’t working for a week, nobody cared, the WiFi wasn’t working so many times, sometimes even the whole electricity also the reviews are fake and so many people don’t get their deposit back. Don’t go! When you complain they either ignore you or kick you out of the group chat

They fake reviews by asking tennants to review the job of the cleaning ladies with QR-codes leading you to this review page, leading to a lot of fake 5 star-reviews. They are trying to scam you by not paying back the deposit and not answering you, when you're trying to contact them through various channels. I have heard from other former tenants who have also had difficulty in getting their deposits refunded. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication from Live It. Update: After weeks of complaints, they refunded the deposit. However, they returned an insufficient amount of money and charged more for the cleaning service than what was agreed upon in the contract. Additionally, they added a VAT charge to the transaction, even though there is no VAT within the EU according to SEPA regulations. A lot of tenants have the same problems and are highly vocal about it in the corresponding groups

WARNING. ColiveIt scams foreigners. they will try to steal your deposit, this has been reported by many renters and something I went through personally and know others who have too. this is an awful organization. the positive reviews on google are absolutely fake. everyone I've met hated ColiveIt. there are literally group chats organizing because this place routinely selectively scams foreigners. the pictures of the places are deceptive. it's an ugly apartment complex. it's not coliving. I do a lot of coliving and this is hands down the worst one I've ever seen. no one interacts with anyone, there are no shared activities. it's an isolated apartment. and they will try to steal your deposit. not only will they take out $150 of it and call it "cleaning and transfer fees" they will also just outright try to steal it and blame it on "wire issues". it took MONTHS for me to get it back and only after threatening legal action. I know others who still don't have theirs back and are contacting regulators. I can't emphasize enough how awful coliveit is. there is even a group chat organizing people to notify regulators of them and to warn foreigners to stay away.

Don’t trust the review they don’t give back the deposit if you don’t review them 5 stars This place is full of toxic peoples, it was a nightmare to live there, I feel so lonely and judge by everyone… Don’t waste your time and money, because they are extremely expensive and they don’t care about you, they just want your money… but no humanity there. And you don’t feel at home, you are always watch by someone at the entry or in the comon space and seriously the people that live there are so superficial, they don’t even try to be social and reject you if you are not like them.

We would love for her to come back whenever they need to do both the weekly cleaning and the deep cleaning. Thank you so much, Teresa! We hope you come back soon 😊

Teresa is fantastic and meticulous in her cleaning. I would highly recommend her!

Teresa - Very satisfied with the work, everything is very clean. Thank you very much!

Teresa did a very good service for us and the deep service was very good

Very clean, great

Teresa The cleaning was phenomenal. It would be great if she came back.

Excellent person and professional!! I wish he'd come every day.

The cleaning lady was very kind and professional. She brought us new utensils and kitchenware. A 10 out of 10! Her name is Teresa.

I had a fantastic time with Doña Teresa, a real pleasure! 👍👍👍🔟🔟💯💯 It would be wonderful if she came back, she's amazing!

Theresa has been amazing, as always. The apartment is spotless and she always comes in smiling.

I originally had an issue with my booking (I didn’t realise the admin fee until after booking). and was upset originally but the staff went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and help me, even though I was being a bit of a ‘Karen’ at first! Thank you for all of your help and for getting my refund issued so quickly.

So far, I've absolutely loved my experience at Live it Ramblas. The facilities are modern and spotless. In fact, what I love most is the cleanliness. I especially want to thank Rosi, because I've seen how much effort she puts into making sure the bathrooms and kitchen are always spotless, which is something I really appreciate. I also want to thank Betsi for changing the towels and sheets; I love coming back to my room and seeing my bed made up—it feels like I'm in a hotel. Thank you so much to the whole Live It Ramblas team. I haven't met everyone yet, but they do a fantastic job :)

Fantastic residence! I lived there for eight months and loved it. The atmosphere is great. The rooms are nice, well-furnished, and brand new. The weekly cleaning service by Betzy was excellent, and thanks to her, it was always spotless. The Live it staff are always available and very friendly. I recommend this residence 300%!

Betzy is one of the kindess person in the staff of the residence. I want to thank her for all her cleaning

I wanted to thank Betzy in particular, but also the whole team who make the accommodations so pleasant and clean, cleaning the rooms thoroughly... Thank you for your smile every day, your availability, and for making us feel at home. Thank you so much, Betzy!

It’s a very nice place to stay if you just moved to Barcelona, very socialized, good quality and very friendly.

Great spot and amazing staff!!

Super good service! Efficient and friendly! Anytime again. Thanks Luis. ❤️

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona, very good location. With the metro just steps away, perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the cleaning service, but it was a very good experience for almost 9 months.

Thank to the girl, cleaning lady, I guess her name is Maria. She is amazing and taking care of our flat and leaves it so clean. She s amazing!

I had a great time in Live it Ramblas. The building is new, with a rooftop and a gym. The staff is great, they even organize event every now and then for the tenants, like ping-pong tournament, wine tasting, guided tours, dinner or parties. Definitely recommend

An experience worth trying, I loved the placed and people that I meet here. Especially the Ramblas building, is the best. Big thank you to Jorge and Lara for everything they have done. Without them the building wouldn't be the same. Definitely, will comeback in the future.

Stayed here for 3 months and had an amazing time. Lara and Jorge were super helpful and organised some great events for everyone

I’ve been one of the first guests to come to Live it and basically saw it grow and improve from the opening day. I’ve been living in live it for a 1year and 1 month so I have some things to say. The building is quite modern, apartments are fully equipped, the employees are very friendly and professional. Cleaning services are not working as good as was expected but in the end of the day it’s a residence and it’s not supposed to be clean, right? Xd students are messy. Live it is a perfect place to stay and meet a lot of new friends.

Great facilities and location

AN AMAZING 6 MONTHS IN BARCELONA WITH LIVE IT! 👌 As a student for an internship, I rented a room in La Ramblas for 6 months and this residency happened to be a very good decision! In fact, you have access to a rooftop, a sport area with machines, a space to work and even take Spanish lessons! The staff is so nice and available, and they also organize a lot of events with all the residents. I went to a Flamenco night event, a tour visit in Barcelona and even brunches when you can meet new people from everywhere! I definitly recommand this place for any person who wants to discover Barcelona very easily, to try new experiences and meet new people from overseas. Live it is a real melting pot!! My room was very nice, they clean everyweek! The building is safe (there is always someone), and it is located in la ramblas, which is the big avenue where you have transports, shops, markets, touristic places and you are just 20mn to the beach!!! I really recommand it and I really would like to come back in the future. Thank you LIVE IT! 😉❤️

For me, it was the best experience in Barcelona. A youthful atmosphere, full of guys and girls with great vibes, a true community, with parties and activities organized by the staff. The space was impeccable, with spacious rooms, new amenities, air conditioning, a gym, ping pong, a terrace with a view of Montjuic, and a co-working space. I'm definitely going to miss living there. Besides that, I must highlight the excellent work of the staff who were always attentive to everything, youthful and very friendly, especially Lara who brightened my mornings every day with a smile. I recommend this experience 1000 percent.

An experience I absolutely loved; I never had any problems. Everyone is so friendly and always there to lend a hand. Live it Ramblas has become, and always will be, my second home!

Had a really great stay here. The rooms are very nice and clean. Having the gym outside is very practical and they are also hosting some events to get to know other people in the building. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Central and modern. Staff always ready to help!

They were very kind and helpful to me!

I really enjoyed my time here! It is a very nice place to stay at: amazing location, kind people and good equipment (gym, kitchen, bathroom, rooftop). I always felt welcome here and if there was ever any issue Lara and Carolina helped immediately. Thank you very much for the experience!

Amazing location! Right in the center, perfect if you are new in BCN and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Lara is amazing!! She will try her best to help you with everything

Amazing experience in Barcelona, would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. 10/10

Such kind people, they are always there to help you. Nice clean rooms and a amazing gym and rooftop terrace!!

Truly a beautiful place to live and meet people! The staff there are always helpful. The areas are spotless thanks to Tere and Carmen, and the apartments have all the necessary amenities. A truly amazing experience!

Really nice people always available to help, amazing location and accommodation

Great service and friendly staff

From the beginning until end, I’ve been welcomed with open arms. I was far from home but didn’t feel like that cause I can say I got a second family in Barcelona. Especially Andres and Carolina, you’ve been so kind and sweet during my stay. Always in for a chat, great energy. Plus you were always willing to help and assist me whenever I had questions. Also big fan of the gym, the coworking space and the monthly activities that Co Live it offers. Plus, let’s not forget the rooftop 🤩!! I definitely met some great people. Really Loved it! Amazing experience! Last but not least, big thanks to the kind cleaning ladies for leaving the apartment and room clean. It always left me a great feeling arriving home tired after work seeing a clean and good-smelling room 💪🏽 Thanks team and co livers for the experience! 🙏🏽❤️

I made many friends, I would definitely go back.

Excellent space and everyone was very friendly. They made me feel right at home and the facilities are excellent, thank you!

Great place to live in the centre of Barcelona. The only bad thing I can say is, that there are some extra fees at the beginning, but its definitly worth it. Maybe not the cheapest place to live, but its a very fair price. The building and the apartments are very modern and renovated. The rooms have everything you need and the Kitchens and Bathrooms are great. You also get a gym, rooftop and Coworking space. Now we also have activities where you can join and get to know other people. Another positive aspect are the employees in the building, everyone is nice and helpful if there is a problem. Especially Andres is great and makes you feel welcome. So far this is the perfect place to stay for my time in Barcelona.

The best coliving space in Barcelona. Very friendly and professional staff, and they have a very nice housekeeper. Highly recommended.

I lived at Livit Ramblas for two months. The place is very nice and comfortable, and I met many fun people. The most outstanding thing is the staff; Andres and David are extremely warm and attentive.

Very beautiful place, I recommend it 100%.
