I’m sorry to say that I have very bad experience with Take Hostel in Conil. The hostel’s management lacks professionalism and fails to provide basic customer service. First of all, I need to point out that I never stayed at the hostel, my bad experience is regarding the cancelation of my stay and the way this is processed. Here is my story:

Despite canceling my stay within the allotted cancellation period, I still have not received my deposit back two months later. This is highly unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for their customers’ trust and wellbeing. As a traveler, it is essential to be able to trust and rely on the places you stay, but unfortunately, Take Hostel has failed to meet these standards.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this hostel due to their lack of professionalism and unreliability. It is simply not worth the risk of dealing with their unscrupulous practices. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone seeking reliable and professional service.
