Where we donāt have to work to fill our physiological needs but where filling physiological needs is our work. We deserve to build it with no others but our hands. To have demands to do our best and right to make mistakes. To understand, document and learn. To face challenges alone and together. We deserve to be surrounded by shinny people due to our acts not words. To celebrate common victories. To play, sing and danse. To smile, laughs. To love and forgive. We deserve nature for health. To be able to choose between silence or noise. To live near elements, far from complacency. To escape time, light as clock. Thatās Spores and mostly its peopleās heritage. Thanks for those eight years together.
View postMorning start matter for us as we all get different morning routine : reading, stretching, writing, meditating, working even a bit before having breakfast. Houseās top has been designed in that sense. Coffee and plant corner with two sofas and standing table on second floor. Twelve seats pergola on terrace with folding tables to share space without suffocating. Two transats on rooftop under second pergola where to welcome sun. We believe that ambient energies can be fuel or poison of our dayās start. We chose how our snowball start to roll.
View postDiversity isnāt about genders ratios. Neither range of nationalities. Or any generations representation. We only read diversity by values spectrum. Playfulness, empathy, rigor, fairness, integrity or any other. We worked hard for an environment where they can be expressed, enhanced or even awaken. Being trustful as first and encouraging self-driven journey is where it start. Coliving isnāt better playfield having to fill physiological to self-actualisation needs on daily basis. Those who love as much mopping and cooking for others as writting or building stuff knows what we are talking about.
View postWe encourage within community active lifestyle. It get easier when located between beach and mountain. Neighbours encouraged weekly volleyball, spikeball even paddle now. Itās an opportunity to connect with locals or foreigners passing by and willing to socialise too. We remove trash from nature called plogging on our mount and Azud de la Marquesa which is small river reserve. We connect more with nature here and trigger reactions with people in the area as sustainability actions still fews. We get bikes in-house to explore and variety of sports gears to encourage discovering or practicing physical activities : beach soccer, calisthenics, freediving.. We facilitate all those practices with big city map at the entrance in which you can locate and identify fields, infrastructure, clubs or natural playgrounds. šø @pockajchvilka_mardeamor
View postOne of our room is especially dedicated to people that work in Cullera, wherever they could be come from. Itās playing our part against locals depopulation because of tourism and impoverishment by propertiesā raising costs. We decided to index rent price to 50% of off season average so they can save, raise projects or increase level of life. Room is available from one to two years. Those two incredibles in the picture never stop the first half year to apologise of maybe taking opportunities of the others. The second to release and accept to live it fully and for them. The first second year to explore, split for projects, went abroad to family. The last period to prepare future. Olga and Emilio for the name of Tribe and all community that get the chance to met you, thank you. For your non ego of never haven been showing any sign of power in-house despite two years together. To have welcomed every soul with same respect and absence of judgment. To have made it your home with your own space and discipline when to get in and out. For humility and discretion to have been absorbing and sometimes even hide things for the well being of all. For the parilladas and raise of community meals. All footprints left with the works done. The footprints by your values themselves. You were and are chances. May you bring the next ones.
View postPlogging is not just about removing trash that municipalities canāt or donāt reach. Itās about encountering general interest too. The one to start acting on things that should not only benefit us directly. Our neighbourhood is now cleaner and cleaner for all El Pouās neighbours but also for tourists going up to the castle. We strongly believe that reactions triggered on the day will also get snowball effects on other positive actions. Here or there.

View postOur community is composed by neighbours which had been for most of them passing by the home as co-livers or co-workers before. They now flow as they wish to support and share, use home services and appliances. We never thought that welcoming like that, making people feel second home, will result to make them settle here in Cullera. We started now sourcing homes to propose solutions for those that overpass limits to our concept or want to invest money for positive social impact.

View postWe are all in debts with space. Could it be carbonās debt we bring reaching Cullera. Social debt acting within secure and friendly place. Health debt by the water and air we breathe and drank. Cultural with languages, educational and knowledges access we got. Economical one by where our money spent remain. If we take it as granted on daily basis we try, at Spores, individually or as community compensations to go neutral. Encouraging taking local actions with positive impact. Here is the case of people originated from thousand kilometres taking away trash left by unknowns mistaking nature with bin. We wonāt change the world but we can try to change our streets and neighbourhood.

Spores is a place where it feels like a cozy home where a group of friends and family waiting for you there. Even if people change I guess the place always stays the same, there is always the magic of sharing, listening to each other and calmness <3 it was so lovely to be part of it for a couple of days!

Thank you for the opportunity to be at Spores! We had such a beautiful and healing time. Healing for each of us, healing for us as a couple, healing for us as a family. There are signs at Spores that say "Spores - your second home" and indeed it became a second - or at least one of many - homes for me. This was the third time I have felt welcome, from the moment I entered Cullera. We had the opportunity to meet such wonderful souls again. Cullera and Spores are such peaceful places and I love how I get a family and/or community feeling for a time! šš»āØ

Spores is a second home for me, I have been here 3 times and will repeat. There's such a good energy here that I feel recharged and fresh everytime I'm here. At Spores you will share: recipes, memories, life histories. You will learn from and meet people with different walks of life, cultures and ideas. Spores invite you to show your uniqueness and to have fun being yourself. It has everything you need to relax or work, good wifi, coworking space, big and functional kitchen, a terraze with amazing views, board games, bikes to discover the city and its surroudings and everything to do sports. Including a slackline :) Thanks Spores for all the great memories you gave me.

I had a great time at Spores and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The community is awesome! Everyone made me feel at home from the moment I entered. I had the chance to meet great people with different stories. We enjoyed cooking meals from different countries, watching movies, playing board games, going for hikesā¦ Every person was unique and I can perfectly say that Iāve learned something from every person I met at Spores. I would love to visit again and I would definitely recommend it for all the travelers, artists, remote workers out there :)

Spores Home is a shining colorful time capsule where we can have a glimpse into the future, when 8 billion human beings will work together in a constructive way. It is also a beautiful refuge for me. The place is great for digital nomads (like me), too.
