I was offered a choice between a penthouse room and a twin room. The facilities were fine, and I assume the other rooms were too, judging by the reviews. However, the penthouse room ruined my night and the following day. A continuous, intense noise, like ventilation or air conditioning, kept me awake all night. There's a cleaning or maintenance room next door, and you can hear it from early morning; it's unavoidable. You can also see the stairwell lights behind the door, which might bother anyone sensitive to noise. I absolutely do not recommend choosing this room, and it shouldn't even be listed on the website anymore. When they offered it to me, I thought they were giving me a choice because it was a penthouse, which didn't bother me... if I had known I wouldn't be able to sleep, I wouldn't have chosen it. There's no reception; you only contact them by phone. There's no elevator either; it's stairs to this particular room, although I don't mind that since they warned me. My complaint is the horrible noise that gave me headaches all night. I didn't find the bed comfortable, and it's not very wide, but that's just my personal opinion. The accommodation shouldn't send a WhatsApp message at 10:30 reminding guests that check-out ends at 11:30... I already knew that. It might wake some people up.
