Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience at this hostel. Though the facilities are good and everything is clean, the staff is very bad which is a shame because the place could be good. Our food and drinks were taken from the fridge and when we asked the staff (who were drinking our beer at that point!!) they told us that they did not know where it had gone. There seems to be a group of volunteer staff there who party exclusively together a lot. They are very noisy during the evening and night directly in front of the hostel. They smoke constantly – as early as 8am you can smell weed coming through your windows and hungover staff comes into the kitchen saying they feel so bad that they need to go back to bed. Very unprofessional and it ruined our holiday.
