Our Head of Movement @amberjeanrowan has trained in Vinyasa, Ashtanga flow and yoga therapy, bringing both stillness and fire to the mat, with a dose of strength, playfulness and stillness. The perfect combination, don’t you think? ⚡ ⁠

To welcome in the new season, we took to our mats one Saturday morning for an Autumnal al fresco yoga flow. 🍂Warming up with some herbal tea, Amber encouraged our housemates – newbie or seasoned yogi’s alike – to explore their own body and practise, and to have fun doing it. ⁠

Everyone left smiling… and perhaps a little sweaty… which allowed us to leave the week behind on the mat, and start our weekend off on the right foot. Namaste. 🙏⁠
