Ok this one is not always easy, but there are certain things we always do to maintain health! ✧Shop at fruit & veg markets to make your own foods {also cheaper}🥑
✧Try to walk everywhere
✧Create healthy habits – we tend to wake up at the same time every day – we go to bed pretty early so we can wake up early
✧Say no to Netflix every night – we love a good Netflix sesh but never at the expanse of sleep!
✧Be prepared for flights & get on the right time zones to help your body adjust
