Very disappointed with this organisation. We enquired if it would be possible to rent surfboards and get a transfer to the beach to go surfing as beginners. They said yes and informed us that they would text us with the details the day before. They then contacted us at 3:30pm the day before to say that there had been a mistake and they did not provide surf rental and transfer for beginners. Very frustrated as this left us no time to make alternative plans. They also did not say sorry and did not take responsibility for their error. Extremely poor customer service
