I was passing through Essaouira when I discovered Noqta Space, a co-working space in the heart of the medina. I booked a private office for 3 hours at 20 dirhams/hour (enough time to make a few calls and write some emails). The place was quiet and the food was very good (I recommend their traditional iftar). They also have a common area for 8 dirhams/hour, a shared office for 12 dirhams/hour, and a terrace with a beautiful view. I'll definitely go back for a longer stay since they also offer co-living.
