The most neglected lodging I’ve stayed in. My boyfriend and I stayed here for over two weeks in November, and we experienced several issues. The management staff do not care about the property and were MIA the entire time. Our room was covered in mold, so we had to leave our inner-facing windows open at all times. The water from the shower got all over the bathroom, and there was no fan in the bathroom, so there was no ventilation. We moved to the bigger room for a few days because of the mold issue, but they did nothing to fix the mold while we were in the other room. The toilet seat in the other room was also completely off its hinges. The bigger room was especially nice, but no proper work station in the room, making it hard to take meetings. Soumia, the cleaning lady and person who made the breakfast, was the best thing about Noqta. She is so sweet and kind and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome.
