It was an amazing experience, exceeded all my expectations. The location is wonderful – in the jungle, by the river, so you can see monkeys, geckos, bugs, flowers every day. The food was amazing. There was a small issue with my room, but they changed it and everything was great afterwards. I learned so much about yogic philosophy, alignment, anatomy – the instructors were great, and the meditation sessions with Maitreya were truly life changing.
