Loved outpost on the past but things have changed. Penestana experience: Skype booths were occupied from people who didn’t register, ac space was completely occupied a couple of times and made starting to work during the day impossible - clearly overbooked. Internet didn’t work for my gf and staff didn‘t know why (login details were correct ofc). Tables are almost never „mouse friendly“ and chairs got really bad as well over the years. Overall vibe got pretty toxic as well. Used to a place where people are open, talking to each other, friendly; now it’s grumpy faces and more like a random Starbucks somewhere outside of Bali (subjective ofc and maybe just unlucky) Hope outpost fixes itself, as it is it’s overpriced. Lastly, staff was nice and friendly all the time in both locations, these are management problems.
