What a disappointing experience!
I went to Outpost today, and bought the day pass. During the four hours I spent there, the WiFi permanently cut out, and when it didn’t, the connection was so shaky that is was basically unusable. I talked to the staff multiple times, and every time they said that their IT guy was looking into it. Nothing improved though.
After four hours, I really needed a working internet connection, and decided to leave the space. I asked them for a refund, but they said they have a policy to not give refunds, and I’d have to talk to the manager, who is apparently only reachable by email. What a customer service!
