Do not stay in this place! I booked a private room in Lexias Siargao, however, the experience has been EXTREMELY disappointing so far. I was placed in a completely different room than the one I booked. The worse part is that at the reception they lied to me during check-in saying my room was under mantainance and they were giving me an upgrade to a better room. The room they gave me was not just ugly, was stinky/moldy and dark. ||Next day they moved me into the room they had available (the one they initially said was under mantainance). It seemed it was not under maintenance after all… I asked if there was any maintenance issues and they said no. When wanting to take a shower there was no hot water, the maintenance guy said they could fix it next day… They asked me to take a shower in the common showers… I paid for a private room with private bathroom. Why do I have to shower in the common showers? ||In summary, terrible experience so far. Sad I booked this place for a long time and is not possible to cancel. Also, important to know that even when is a “coworking” place, the internet connection is not stable.
