I never write a bad review but felt like I needed to for this stay. We had initially booked for a four nights stay but upon arrival and having driven back and forth on a scooter to move our bags I was told they overbooked so we wouldn’t be staying there for the three days. They did offer us one nights free stay in a mixed room but this left us stuck to find somewhere for the rest of our stay. I understand it may have been a system issue but it really put us out. Also there was a long process to getting the refund back but in all fairness we did get the money back approx 2/3 weeks later.
