I rented a private airconditioned room however my AC wasn't working. Requested for it to be fixed or to be transferred but the issue wasn't resolved immediately hence we have to look for a place to sleep temporarily. We were transferred to a smaller room the next night and was promised to be transferred to a room similar to what we booked the next day but we were never transferred. Poor service! they did not action on our concerns urgently. Don't stay here to avoid ending up getting stressed!
