I stayed in Lexia a week ago and I had some disappointing experience; 1.Dogs in the Pool: A couple regularly lets their dog swim in the shared pool. I even overheard some Filipino guests who planned to swim, but after seeing the dog in the water, they just walked away. While this might be normal in some countries, guests should be more mindful when traveling locally. At the very least, the staff should be informed so they can clean the pool afterward. 2.Monday Rituals: Every Monday from afternoon to evening, there’s a ritual by the pool, and sometimes someone sleeps there overnight. I found old reviews from two years ago mentioning this nothing has changed. Guests staying for a short time might not even get to use the pool. 3. Kitchen Hygiene: The water dispenser in the shared kitchen was licked by one of the dogs, twice. It’s a serious hygiene issue that needs attention. The place has potential, but unless these concerns are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
