DANA STRISHKOVA
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We spent nearly 2 months in this coliving space, and it was an excellent experience.
Location: Located in the old city within walking distance of many Chiang Mai attractions, it’s also quite close to the Maya shopping center and One Nimman, both worth visiting.
Rooms: The rooms are in good condition, and upon check-in, they provide shampoo and shower gel. The room includes a refrigerator and an A/C. The shower water is regulated by a water heater, making it very convenient without affecting the water flow. Cleaning is done weekly with a change of bed linen and towels, and we were satisfied with the cleanliness.
Working area: The coworking area consists of 2 spacious rooms with ergonomic chairs and desks, maintaining a quiet atmosphere for focused work. If you need silence, this is an excellent option. You can also book a less comfortable private room for meetings. I worked in the common area as my job involves many spontaneous calls. The chairs and tables are not as comfortable, but there’s a coffee machine nearby and the opportunity to chat with other residents. Internet quality was never an issue.
Common areas: There’s a small kitchen in the common area, but I wouldn’t say it’s convenient for cooking (although it’s possible). There are so many cheap and beautiful cafes nearby that you’d want to try them all. Delivery services are also available.
Community: The heart of this coliving space is its wonderful staff. Polly, Smile, Radek, and Pao are always ready to help with anything. They also organize various events like sports workouts, badminton, and shared lunches, helping residents get to know each other, which is fantastic! They are generous, offering complimentary drinks, salads, and sometimes even full dinners. It’s very sweet. Moreover, they can help you book excursions and cooking classes at a discounted rate. I had never encountered such an extensive program before. We met wonderful people from all over the world with whom we had a great time.
If you’re looking for a great place to work and the opportunity to meet new people, I would undoubtedly recommend this place.
