Advantages: 1. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were very helpful in providing tourist information and recommendations for nearby restaurants! 2. Located at Exit 1 of Phra Ram 9 MRT station (Blue Line), about a 5-10 minute walk. Nearby are Jodd Fairs Rama 9 and Central Department Store. 3. The room was clean and comfortable! The room size was adequate for a double room. While soundproofing was good, there were some car noises and footsteps through the wooden partition; if you are sensitive to noise, it is recommended to wear earplugs. 4. Bottled drinking water was available in the room; the bathroom provided hand soap, charcoal shower gel, and shampoo and conditioner. There were enough power outlets in the common areas for using your laptop! Disadvantages: The alleyways were poorly lit at night, so be careful when walking; the hotel does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage to check-in was slightly inconvenient. Overall: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the accommodations were clean, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely come again!
