I think it's a good deal to stay in this location for this price. However, although it looks like a hotel, it also has hostel rooms, so you can stay there for a very cheap price. However, the private rooms are on the third floor or higher and there is no elevator, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage. Also, please note that the reception is open from 6am to midnight, so you cannot check in outside of those hours.
