Ice, was at the reception when I checked in and out, she was so helpful and warm and helped me carry my 20kg luggage + bag up to the third floor as there are no elevators here 🥰 This place is a gem! The room was clean and it smells so good, my partner and I really loved the shampoo and bath soap they provided. Everything you need is there, with water refills on the first floor, and you can order food as well! The other staff, Winner, was very friendly as well The cafe and the co working space was very comfy 👍 Will definitely stay here again, it's pretty near the MRT and has convenient stores nearby
