Located near MRT Phra Ram 9, close to Exit 3, there are three or four cheap massage parlors nearby, and shopping malls of all sizes are also close. A money exchange, Super Rich, is right inside the subway station, and the Jod Night Market is also nearby. It's very convenient; you don't have to worry about needing anything because it's a long walk. I stayed in a private room on the fifth floor. ⚠️There's no elevator. The room was spacious, and the shower water pressure was fairly strong. The private room included: air conditioning, towels, bath towels, drinking water, a mirror, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and three electrical outlets (one under the clothes rack, one under the table, and one next to the bed). The mattress was firm; if you prefer a soft mattress, be aware, but if you're used to a firm mattress, it won't be a problem. It gave me back pain and the soundproofing was really bad. It's tolerable from the outside, the residents in the alley are quite quiet, and car noise is acceptable, but the soundproofing inside the building is terrible. These past few days, I've been startled every time my neighbor opens and closes their door (personal quirk). Every night on my fifth-floor rooftop, I can hear animals running around... (mice or cats). It scares me in the middle of the night... Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean environment. Cons: Poor soundproofing, no elevator.
