It was a bit hard to find, located in a small alley, and the alleyway was in poor condition. We were traveling with elderly people, and the fact that we were placed on a higher floor without an elevator felt a little inconsiderate. However, the staff were friendly and helped with our luggage, which made up for it somewhat.
