When you enter the property and the villa, you just feel right at home. The equipment and the condition of the house and the garden are very good and leave nothing to be desired - everything has been designed with attention to detail. Another reason why you feel right at home here are the owners of the house. They are always very friendly, attentive, helpful and lovely people who do everything to make you feel at home here and to make you feel as good as possible - thank you very much for that! Lotus, the dearest garden dog of the property, makes this place just perfect. Even though I have been here for several weeks and will stay for many more, I am already dreading having to leave it all someday!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Homeoffice/ Co-working villa in Santo da Serra. The villa has up to 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all of them with shower facilities and two inluding a big bathtub ;) There is a beautiful 4.800 square meters big garden in front of the villa with palm trees, from where you can see the ocean, relax and enjoy life to the fullest. Claudia the owner of the property is just awesome ;) She is always taking care of everything and helps you out with all of her know-how in every situation. It was a pleasure to be your guest and I can highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to escape realtiy at home ;) See you soon Claudia and wish you all the best for the future ;)

Luxus, Stille, Natur, Service-Pur und alle Punkte der Insel schnell erreichbar Ich bin im Dezember gereist für 3 Wochen und hatte 2,5 Wochen schönstes Wetter. Angenehm überrascht hat mich die Gastgeberin und Agenturinhaberein, Claudia De Freitas, eine sehr warme, hilfsbereite, freundliche und fliessend Englisch und Portugiesisch sprechende Inselführerin. Sie respektiert sowohl den Wunsch des Gastes auf Rückgezogenheit, ist aber jederzeit bereit auch mitten in der Nacht zu helfen oder früh morgends von besonders schönen Aussichtspunkten den Sonnenaufgang zu zeigen. 3 mal ist Sie mir nachts zur Hilfe geeilt: Einmal hatte ich mich um 23:00 Uhr auf einer Strasse abseits der empfohlenen Route festgefahren und Sie kam mir zu Hilfe, Silvester habe ich morgends um 2 kein Taxi mehr erreichen können und Sie hat mich abgeholt, nach Rückgabe meine Fahrzeuges hat sie mich um 2 Uhr morgends zum Flughafen gefahren und einmal vor Sonnenaufgang abgeholt, um mit mir zum Aussichtspunkt zu fahren und den Sonnenaufgang aufzunehmen. Auch hat Sie mir sehr gute Restaurants und Inseloriginale gezeigt. Ohne diese Begleitung wäre der Urlaub nicht so wertvoll geworden. DANKE CLAUDIA ! Das Haus liegt auf einem wunderbaren, ruhigen Grundstück, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat als Wohnraum einen großen (geschätzt >120m2), nur durch Raumteiler geteilten Raum mit Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und voll ausgestatteter Küche und ist sauber und besitzt Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Es ist direkt an eine Hauptstraße angebunden, von der es sehr leicht ist sowohl den Santo de Serra Golf Club zu erreichen oder Santa Cruz. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, auch wenn er kein Golf spielt, dort zu rasten oder nur einen Cafe zu genießen. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist unbeschreiblich. Ich selbst habe Stunden mit dem Frühstück im Golfclub verbracht ohne zu spielen und habe das Meer an der Uferpromenade in Santa Cruz genossen. Porto Moniz, am anderen Ende der Insel habe ich, dank neuer Tunnel, innerhalb kürzester Zeit(< 2h) erreicht. Hier sollte man sich den Meerwasser Infinitipool, direkt in die Riffs gebaut, unterhalb der Gaststätte ORCA, unbeding ansehen. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Auch die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung und das Festival in Funchal waren umwerfend. Ich habe das Feuerwerk von einem Katamaran aus gesehen. Von dort waren auch 15 voll beleuchtete Kreuzfahrtriesen, die ebenfalls vor der Küste lagen und das beleuchtete Funchal selbst eine fantastische Kulisse, die ich unter dem Sternenhimmel nie vergessen werde. Die Menschen sind liebenswert. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

We were a big group of 10 runners going to Madeira for a training camp. The house was lovely and Claudia the perfect host who helped us with everything. Nice big kitchen and lots of space to hang out. Also a perfect location on the island for our group's wishes, two nice levada-paths on a running distance from the house - and more exiting paths just a short drive away.
