Other than that, I am satisfied. It was quiet when the windows were shut but the surroundings can sometimes be noisy because of construction. Would I stay here again? Yes. But it may not be for everyone.

To improve: Improve the gym space. Make use of the space for more machines, fix the BBQs. A gas BBQ is needed. Improve the equipment in the movie theater to take advantage of the space. Improve the TVs in the rooms. Many TVs don't have Netflix or YouTube internet connection. Improve parking with the parking lot next to the building. Some kind of agreement or something for visitors. Excellent location, good staff, and a good neighborhood community. Needs to improve: Improve the gym space. Make use of the gym space. More machines are needed, including the Smith machine. The gym is large but doesn't have enough equipment. Fix the BBQ grill. A gas BBQ grill is needed. Fix the equipment in the movie theater space to take advantage of the space. Fix the TVs in the rooms. Many TVs don't have Netflix or YouTube internet connection and don't work on TVs. Parking needs to improve as well, with the parking lot next to the building. Some kind of agreement or something for visitors. Excellent location, good staff, and a good neighborhood community.

It's an entire ecosystem of nice people, good vibes, and multiple entertainment venues.

The building itself is modern and has nice living areas, but honestly, it's on the wrong side of Caracas Avenue. All around you is misery, dirt, and grease from cars. The surrounding businesses are mostly auto repair shops or hardware stores, etc. I used to get out of class at 10 PM and had to take a taxi home because, despite being very close to the TransMilenio (bus rapid transit system), at that hour there were only homeless people and thugs around. A girl had her cell phone snatched right as she stepped outside the building in broad daylight. There are no green spaces nearby, just a small park in San Felipe, but you have to walk through several rough streets from the building to get there. Plura 1 seems like an inhumane housing model, so small that it's definitely not enough for one adult, let alone two. The kitchen is so small and uncomfortable that I preferred to order takeout almost every day. There are no options nearby; the two restaurant-bars that were in the building have closed. In my apartment, which faced the building, there was always this metallic cutting noise. It lessened a little when I closed the window. Even the workshops were open on Sundays, sometimes working until late at night, around 9 pm. Despite everything, the people who work there strive to make it run as smoothly as possible. They recently cleaned the windows and did some facade maintenance, and they also replaced several machines after the gym closed, among other things. However, I should warn you that when I moved into the building, they asked for a deposit of half the rent (more than a million pesos), and when I asked for it back after I moved in, they stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp messages. Luckily, they forgot to remove me from the residents' WhatsApp group, where apparently, after I explained my situation, someone contacted them and they got in touch with me to pay me.

At the same time, you meet new people and experience a different kind of community, which generously supports and accompanies the adaptation process.

Plura is a truly amazing place. Not only does it provide apartments equipped for comfortable living, but it also boasts impressive spaces within the building that make leaving the building unnecessary. Here, you can enjoy a movie theater, a gym, a spa, a coworking space, meeting rooms, and various terraces perfect for barbecues with friends. And when I say friends, I mean the welcoming community that forms among residents thanks to the activities organized by management. Furthermore, Plura is pet-friendly, which allowed my dog ​​Lana to enjoy every moment in the building with her canine companions. Without a doubt, I would choose to live at Plura again. I am overwhelmed by how welcoming Plura's team, Juan, Sara, Hasad, my neighbors (And their dogs) have been at Plura Coliving. If I had known about Plura when arriving in Bogotá I would have lived here immediately instead of staying in an Airbnb. Waking up every morning and going to work in the coworking space with my friends was incredible. I was able to host a weekly coworking session with software developers in Bogotá which was a lot of fun too. I made good use of the gym and roof top lounge almost every day. The small and modern apartment is perfect for my lifestyle as I only own a carry-on suitcase and a backpack. The full kitchen is great for making my stir fry dinners. Plura's located in the San Felipe neighborhood which is a quick walk to any type of local or international food, cafes, bars, shopping, and anything else you may want. I enjoyed having a desk too for taking quick calls or working late at night. The large and modern bathroom is a nice feature also. Plura takes security seriously which I appreciate with cameras, security guards, biometric access to the building, sign-ins for guests, etc. I plan to keep in touch with the friends I made here. I'm looking forward to see Plura hopefully expand to new places and would instantly stay at any new Plura location in the future. I couldn't have asked for a better time here. 🫶🌄

This building and staff made such a huge difference in relocating from Medellin to Bogota. The whole process in terms of being video interviewed to live there, virtual tours, supportive and helpful security staff members. The safety is #1, the building has a huge gym, huge spa,huge co working areas, common areas, etc… I am very impressed with the design of the rooms, very fast internet, very hot showers, this place is so refreshing to live and enjoy the community. Andrea and her team truly care of it’s neighbors and those that live there. I would strongly recommend Plura to anyone. Their beds are super comfy and it’s a larger than life experience! The building is very nice. The management team handles everything quickly and efficiently. The common areas are wonderful, but it would be good to limit (and issue fines for) the use of the terrace for personal parties, as it disturbs the rest of the residents on the eleventh floor.

The experience was excellent in every way; the apartments are incredibly comfortable, the management was always diligent and efficient, and the connections you make with your neighbors aren't just for work but also for friendship. It was a very enriching experience, and I hope to return.

PLURA is a convenient, very cool and unique place to live and work in Bogotá. It has a lot of amenities, huge Gym, great working places, terraces, rooftop and a lot of surprising spaces. The neighborhood is the art district of Bogotá, full of galleries and restaurants.

We came looking for our airbnb and mistook this building for it. We went in and the manager took a look at our address and told us it wasn’t here. They then offered for us to keep our bags while we look for our airbnb as we had luggage. They stored it in the back for us. The building is brand new and has a beautiful modern lobby. When we came back for our bags the manager took us up to their rooftop bar to check it out. Amazing. Total view of the city and a really nice bar and seating area. We will be going there tonight for some drinks. When we were leaving the manager even suggest some of the local clubs to us as we had said we were going out later tonight. All in all we had a very positive experience at Plura and we didn’t even stay. I would recommend just based on the customer service and hospitality let alone the facility that they have.

Hello fellow Anglo American, I just finished 5 months in Plura. Let me give you a breakdown. I stayed in the smallest apartment studio. You can stay in larger ones. It had everything I needed: bed, kitchen, shower, desk. Nothing comes included though, so you will have to likely buy your own kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. Now this is Colombia, and you may like peace and quiet as much as I do, so how is the noise? The residents are 25% foreigner and 75% Latino. Almost everybody here are professionals. For the most part, they know how to control the volume. However, you may end up having a Colombian neighbor and they can't live without playing Shakira or Bad Bunny while showering for 30 minutes. That was the worst I ever experienced in regards to noise. The administration enforces the noise rules well (no loud music after 11pm). All in all, less noisy than most parts of the region. The windows also seem to be doubled-glazed which is a rarity here. The internet works great both in the room and everywhere else in the building. The gym is handy, although it can feel stuffy and dark since it is in the basement and has no view. At the same time, there are usually no people in it during non-peak hours so if you like an empty gym... highly recommended. There is a spa with sauna that you can use, but not whenever you want (unfortunately). You need to make an appointment first and usually the only available times are Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays between 4:30 and 6pm. There is a giant coworking area on the first basement floor. I went a few times and it was nice. There is a cafe, restaurant and bar in the building. I never frequented them that much, but they're nice. The neighborhood is famous in Bogotá, but I'd never heard of it before. It's on the other side of Chapinero and it's called San Felipe. There are a few restaurants in the area, but it's not a busy place. Feels like a suburb in the middle of the city. Usually if I wanted to get something to eat I would cross the Caracas into Chapinero and eat somewhere there. You're only 10 blocks from Zona T and 4 blocks from Quinta Camacho. If you like to party, Kaput is only 2 blocks away. Overall, it was my first coliving experience, and it I enjoyed it. The best part of the place were the people who worked there. Elvis, Leo, Andres and Arturo were warm and friendly security guards. Andrea is the friendly manager. Sol is like her assistant and is a doll. María the cleaning lady had a great sense of humor and was nice to talk to. The owner is also lurking around during the week and is quite friendly (seems like the kind of outdoorsy business type you would meet in Vancouver, Seattle or Portland).

Lovely people, lovely place. All these five star reviews are real, it's worth it! Usually it's a 3 month minimum stay, but they let me come for just a month. Rooftop bar is a pretty classy place. The food and drink is NOT good there... It's GREAT. Only downside: if you're on the 11th floor, you'll need ear plugs when it's a Friday/Saturday night and everyone is partying on the roof. As for the sauna... don't get me started As an introverted, shy single male in my 20's, there is no better way to meet successful, friendly women than to take your clothes off and go in a sauna. None! Plus nobody can use their phone so you can make friends easily there. They've also got the two jacuzzis, and an in house masseuse (but that ain't free). Coworking space is solid, lots of support for digital nomads (meeting rooms, effective and attentive staff, nice whatsapp community). Friendly security and door people (I never saw the door unattended. Ever). If you've ever lived in student halls, it's like that, but just for adults and professionals. You're taken care of here, and that's awesome. They do have a gym, but I didn't use it as they didn't have a treadmill, it was all strength stuff. This was the first professional coliving place I've been, and I am sold BIG time.

It was one of the years I'll remember most fondly for a long time. I'd never lived in a place where I met so many amazing people, from the administrative staff to every single resident. People from all over the world whom you bump into in every corner of Plura, and it feels like you've known them forever. From that moment on, you share every corner of the co-living space with them: on any of the terraces, on the spectacular rooftop where you can hang out until all hours since you're right next to your apartment anyway, in the fantastic coworking areas or the games area, or at spontaneous dinners in one of the apartments with several of your neighbors. And let's not forget the multiple spaces where you can run your work or business with complete comfort and constant connectivity. It's been a spectacular experience, and if it hadn't been for my business move, it would have been my permanent home. Highly recommended! I love Plura!

Living at Plura is a beautiful and fulfilling experience. Your neighbors become your friends because, for some wonderful reason, this building brings together people who are always open to meeting you and including you in their regular activities there. Plura boasts fun and exciting common areas, such as the basements (with games, a movie theater, a silent room, co-living space, sauna, jacuzzi, and the list goes on), a rooftop with its own bar, and a lobby with a delightful restaurant. It becomes dangerous to never want to leave the building because you find everything you need right there 🫶🥲. The people who manage it (Andre and Juan) make this project a very safe place, equipped with everything you need for peaceful living. The doormen and staff at Plura also become like family. The hallways are filled with art that adds a nice touch to the daily grind. In short, I hope that those interested in this project will have the pleasure of experiencing what it's like to live in a place that goes far beyond the limits of a beautiful and cozy apartment.

I lived in Plura for a year and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to sign the lease remotely. The only requirement was a security deposit which is common system abroad but almost entirely inexistent elsewhere in Colombia. My apartment (Plura 1) was just the right size for my needs as I was mostly working from home. I mostly used the coworking areas, gym, spa and terraces to hang out with other people living there. But there are other amenities. Very convenient: there’s a laundry service within the building as well as a rooftop bar. The price is certainly reasonable. But the best thing about Plura is the community. Met lots of friends there. Awesome, open-minded and friendly people. 5/5

The truth is that it went very well for me, I loved all the time we were able to spend there, it was truly worth it.

The community is great.

I'm about to celebrate my second year living at Plura, and I can definitely classify it as the best place to live. If you work from home, you have at least five spaces to change offices daily. The people are super friendly, from the building staff to the neighbors. If you like to relax, you can do so. Don't think that just because there's a bar on the top floor means you're always partying. I personally love my space, privacy, and relaxation. It's very central, and transportation is easy. I love it here, and I'll definitely be living here for many more years.
