Ello, I’m Silvy, originally from Lithuania, now living in Portugal after having left London where I lived for 7 years. Feeling very fluid with choice of home at the moment which is very out of my comfort zone, however I’m all about personal growth, inner exploration and leaps of faith into the unknown, therefore my heart is open to all experiences and opportunities. Head and heart space currently circling around yoga and mindfulness, psychology, philosophy and semiotics, clean records and a good night’s sleep.
