In March I left my house in the Netherlands and I’ve been travelling and working ever since. During my travels I found out I need nothing more than a safe and social environment. Oh and good WiFi. I love living in a community: socialising, cooking, having drinks, laughing and working with likeminded people. Sharing a house for me means adjusting to other peoples needs and wishes, as well as sometimes being able to take some individual time. But most of all, it is about creating a shared experience in which everybody feels safe and happy. I work about 32 hours per week as a freelance copywriter and PR strategist. I love working in a shared office / communal space. Sometimes I have calls and presentations but I’m happy to do these in my own room!
