Having gone with friends for a week of off-piste skiing, we found in this hotel not only excellent comfort as described, but above all, an extraordinary welcome from James and his team. James knows the surrounding mountains as well as the locals, and he goes out of his way to ensure our days are a success. His help was invaluable; I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else for a future trip.
