I called the hotel at least 10 times on the day of check-in due to an error in the dates, but never got an answer. The staff speaks almost only English, they refused to give a key or card for the door to my parents who are older and have a hard time with app unlocking. The rooms do not have a TV, which is a minus for me. The breakfast is English type, as well as everything else in the hotel, the strangest thing is that there were not even signs in Bulgarian, the menu too. Overall - I didn't like it and won't be back.
