The location is far from the center but there is everything around it, Lidl, DM, restaurants, cafes... We got a huge room, you can live in it. There is no refrigerator, which is a shame. The light is weak and you can hear the neighbors from the room next door and it may be disturbing. But overall, a highly recommended hotel

Mixed feelings about that hotel. Starts with marble glass and stainless steel and ends with dirty carpets and cheap finishing details. The cafpet in the alleywas was dirty .The carpet jn the room had bent edges and i was tripping.They claim to be semi digital and obe needs to install an app to check in, unlock the room etc. But there was no TV in the room.

I stayed at WN Hotel for 3 days as a remote worker and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the keyless Bluetooth door entry made coming and going effortless. The rooms are huge — perfect for setting up a comfortable workspace.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything.While the hotel isn't located in the city center (so it may be less ideal for travelers looking to explore Sofia in just a day), it's absolutely heaven for remote workers. The surrounding area is alive and booming with shops, bars, and restaurants, giving off a young, productive vibe.Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

Very close to the center. We came by car and there was free parking. The rooms are very large, clean and new. The breakfast was very nice, delicious and sufficient. We were very satisfied, thank you to all the hotel staff.

I like the concept very much, but the service is lacking. I booked through the site for 2 nights and there was a 1 night deposit. After I arrived, I had to pass through the reception (for other reasons). I asked if it was paid for the second night (as it wasn’t clear). They said no, so I paid for the 2nd night. It turns out I was charged an extra night because it was in fact paid for the 2nd night (I assume automatically after you check in). I HAD to contact the staff and to be fair they acted promptly refunding the amount for 1 night. However, I received less money due to the conversion rate (foreign currency), which was annoying. Please inform your staff about the whole payment process. Such situations ruin the whole experience and make people feel scammed.

Good things: Awesome concept. I really like how everything is digital, no queue for reception and similar. And no complaints from my side about having to install hotel's app in order to access the room. My room was huge, warm, clean and beautifuly decorated. Staff is really nice. And that work area is absolutely AMAZING since I spent so much time on my laptop. It's huge. Big advantage is big parking area but also having supermarket and fast foods literally in front of hotel. Bad things: You reeeeeeeeeally need to fix that WiFi range for rooms 🙂 In my room, both my laptop and my cellphone couldn't reach wifi almost all the time, which was absolutely frustrating. Maybe it's part of the concept, but I definitely didn't understand it that way. And I can see some other people commenting about it here as an issue. If that problem was non existent, I would give this hotel a clear maximum stars, because everything else is great. But WiFi was essential for me during my stay. Edit: after bad experience with WiFi on my first stay here, everything was good in my next stay here (couple of days later) so it seems to be fixed quite quickly and the management is super responsive 🙂 Nice to see 👍

Poor breakfast, no TV, far away from metro station, the room was spacious, clean and no receptionist needed as we used an app. Not a good idea with children.

My overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness — the room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the pillowcases and blankets were torn in several places, which gave a very poor impression. There were also no basic amenities such as slippers or toothbrushes, which most hotels usually provide. Another major downside was that there was no TV in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The room had a noticeable smell of cigarettes and was slightly musty, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. In the bathroom, both the shower area and the sink were clogged, so the water wouldn’t drain properly — something that definitely needs urgent maintenance. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a fairly good area with convenient parking. The breakfast, although not very varied, was actually delicious. The check-in process was also smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Overall, I would say the hotel has potential, but it seriously needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

My colleague booked two rooms. Too bad he only received the access code for one. So at 11 pm we were exhausted having to go through the whole process again to get the second key, despite having requested it twice. Inside the room, the noise from the refrigerator was incredibly annoying, making it hard to sleep. The double bed was made from two single mattresses. Unsightly. I hope I never find myself here again.

A “work” themed hotel without working WiFi in the room, which requires the downloading of an app just to open the door. At least they had a sense of humor about it, though … the WiFi password was “NotTheBestWiFi”

I would like to thank Mr. Caner, who welcomed us at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is generally clean, nice and comfortable. Since it is a digital hotel, the system is a little different, which is a nice feature.

The hotel is entirely self-service – a solution that I find very practical, especially for short stays. Everything is clear, convenient and well-organized, although I noticed that some guests had difficulties with the digital environment. The building itself and the infrastructure are impressive – a great rooftop with restaurants and a bar – but somehow it lacks energy and soul. The team is friendly, but does not radiate mood. I have the feeling that the place has great potential that is not fully realized. Of course, these are fleeting impressions from a short stay.

Large rooms, don't believe there's a TV, good and varied breakfast, a bit far from the city center. But there are enough restaurants and a large supermarket nearby.

A special, but very high-quality hotel. Check-in and check-out from the hotel is done completely digitally. Entrance to the room, hotel, parking and all other places via an app on the phone. The hotel is spread over 12 floors. The rooms are on the higher floors and have a view of all of Sofia. Excellent dining room, with varied food and a view of Sofia and Mount Vitosha. The hotel has private underground parking, which is important in Sofia. The hotel has a gym, work floor, huge observation deck, etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and with all the necessary equipment. There are several restaurants below the hotel. The hotel is far from the center of Sofia, about a 20-minute drive, depending on the time of day, but the advantages of the hotel outweigh the proximity to the center. We enjoyed it very much.... Highly recommend.

Shitty hotel with worhless reception. Paid for premium room, cannot sleep due to the night club outside the window, reception did not call the police, did not change the room. I travel a lot at is the worst service ever received.

This might be the biggest room I've ever seen. It's beautifully decorated. The check-in system is a bit different. Having a covered parking lot and being pet-friendly were the most important criteria for us. Only, they should be a little more careful in terms of security. A separate security system should be implemented for accessing the rooms from the elevators. Otherwise, the breakfast was very good. The location is far from the center. But it's a pleasant hotel. I would choose it again.

We really enjoyed my stay at Work Nomads Hotel in Sofia. The concept is modern and well thought out, the facilities are very clean, and the whole place feels well managed. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The self check-in system was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, one drawback was the requirement to download guest app and provide quite a lot of personal details just to obtain the room key. Two of the people I was traveling with were hesitant to share so much information, so only one of us installed the app. This created some inconvenience when accessing the room, since we couldn’t easily share the digital key. A solution like generating a QR code would make the process much smoother and personal data issues. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice and great quality, which added to the positive experience. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, with a unique concept, but I hope they simplify the digital key system for future guests.

It's a very nice and spacious hotel. We've stayed there 4 times and never had any problems. It's in a convenient location close to cafes and restaurants. Everything was fine. The only thing I found challenging was their breakfast culture.

Despite the different system, we had no problems checking into the hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of space. The receptionist was attentive and explained everything.

As we are always working while abroad, WN is a PERFECT place . Very nice room, lots of electric outlets, good lighting and an amazing area for co-working.

The hotel was below expectations. The first hotel I've been to and found the bed linen unchanged (not even the cover of the spare pillows in the closet was changed) and the toilet bowl dirty. After I noticed this, only the white ones on the bed were changed, the colored ones and the ones in the closet were not. Water left in the coffee maker, the carpet in the hallway stained and with garbage. Poor breakfast, bad coffee. The lady at the reception was kind. The reception in the breakfast restaurant where the cutlery for the next day was placed on the table (unhygienic to spend the whole day there by the tables and the next day to eat with them) I definitely do not recommend.

A nice hotel if you are on a business trip or are looking for more specious rooms. The check-in is a bit complicated and for example if I book a room for my mother - she would need a lot of help get the key for the room. You have to download an app, after that through the app request your room key, which in some cases in generated with a delay (like in mine). That also means that you open the door using your phone, which also means that if you are getting outside of the room - you always have to bring your phone with you and make sure that it has enough battery as well.

Nice hotel There's a large Lidl store nearby. We stayed overnight. Great mountain views. Comfortable bed and modern shower. Large wardrobe with safe and hangers. Pets allowed. The dining room at the top of the building offers a buffet and a beautiful view of the city.

Booked the soundproof room, not really a soundproof. Can hear car racing noise and music from outside and the BASS bouncing. Can also hear someone jumping (???) upstairs. I'd say it's a false advertisement. If it's not soundproof, don't claim it to be.

The hotel is with new interior and worth the hype. The food in the canteen/restaurant was delicious. Personally, I did not like that there were quite to none staff and the check-in, ordering, and even paying at the rest were via an app.

Located in the vibrant Studentsky Grad area, the hotel is surrounded by an array of local food options, charming little shops, grocery stores, and a beautiful park, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. The hotel itself boasts a modern aesthetic with a nomadic, simple, and cozy design that I absolutely loved. It truly stays true to its theme, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the rooftop restaurant, which offers breathtaking views that feel like something out of a movie. With cozy lounge chairs, seating areas, and large bay windows, it’s the perfect place to unwind and take in the stunning scenery. For those working remotely, the coworking area is a fantastic feature. Equipped with screens ready to connect to your laptop, printers, and several conference rooms, it was perfect for my late-night meetings with colleagues from around the world. The kitchen area, complete with complimentary tea and coffee, and cozy TV-watching areas added to the overall convenience. The gym is another standout feature, equipped with all the latest equipment, including weights and ellipticals. To my delight, there was even a complimentary yoga class offered once a week! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was huge, super clean, and had a modern design. The bed was very large and incredibly comfortable – I slept so well. The bathroom was also spacious and very comfortable. I loved that the underground parking was easily accessible via elevator. Just a tip: the garage entrance is directly to the right of the building and looks a bit like a street, so don’t miss it! Breakfast was great – fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety. The best part? The breakfast area has an amazing view over Sofia – such a nice way to start the day. The neighborhood is lively, with lots of great restaurants and bars just around the corner. One thing to keep in mind: everything works through an app – check-in, access to the room, etc. It was super easy and worked without any issues. I’d definitely recommend this place!

The room size, bed, and bathroom comfort were good. Breakfast was adequate. There was only a stain on the headboard, which we had to wipe, a minus point. Parking access was convenient. The capacity was quite good. We chose it for this reason, in fact.

Great hotel. Absolutely stunning views. The rooms are spacious and with super nice design. The rooftop is the best benefit. The co-working space is the best that I've seen.

We enjoyed the spacious and clean room, and the bidet in the bathroom was a nice touch, though we would have preferred better lighting. However, we were disappointed to have two separate beds—we're not sure if all rooms are like that—and we also missed having a TV. The breakfast was quite good, and the views of the city and surrounding mountains were beautiful. The free garage parking was a great bonus.

The staff is excellent, but I especially want to highlight the young man who served us on the rooftop; he was very kind and attentive at all times. Absolutely loved our time at this hotel - the room was spacious with a modern design, was very comfortable and warm (in winter), toilet is huge with powerful hot water, breakfast was also splendid with a great view of the surrounding lower buildings - very scenic! The manager and staff were pleasant and helpful. However bear in mind that this is somewhat contactless check in and you’ll need to download a special app to get the online key card. I called the hotel at least 10 times on the day of check-in due to an error in the dates, but never got an answer. The staff speaks almost only English, they refused to give a key or card for the door to my parents who are older and have a hard time with app unlocking. The rooms do not have a TV, which is a minus for me. The breakfast is English type, as well as everything else in the hotel, the strangest thing is that there were not even signs in Bulgarian, the menu too. Overall - I didn't like it and won't be back.

Suitable for those traveling by car: There's an indoor parking garage. The rooms are clean. Located 5 km from the city center, it's already close to many things. It's in the same area as supermarkets like KFC and DM. The breakfast isn't Turkish, so don't expect too much :) If I ever go to Sofia again, I'll stay at the same hotel. Parking, parking, parking. By the way, the Christmas room is my favorite 😉 Many thanks to the WN family.

Since the restaurant was only open midweek, we unfortunately couldn't try it, but there are plenty of other options nearby. This will definitely become our regular hotel. We highly recommend it...

The best hotel so far! The co-working space was outstanding! Maybe I've miss some chocolate in the breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location isn't central, but it has free covered parking for guests, which is essential if you're traveling by car. Everything is managed via smartphone, including the room key. Breakfast is basic in terms of variety and quality, but it's fine for a couple of days.

Travelling with friends for bowling tournament, and since this hotel it was literlly right across, we booked it so we wouldnt need to carry heavy equipment with us every day||We arrived to the hotel, where the check in is faceless, through a mobile app, and the room key is on the app itself||It has an amazing location next to uni, food, supermarket, bars and the bowling center.||The rooms were very big and bathrooms too.|I would say it is great for students that come as part kf erasmus or to stay until they find a permanent place to be||On the downside, they have just a dispenser for shampoo and shower gel and it was empty when i went there.|And sometimes the card keys werent working so we had to move to the 11th floor to reception to fix it for us and this occured a couple of times for us during a 5 day stay with 3 different rooms

It’s a very nice modern hotel. A lot of families but also young professionals stay here. The rooms are big with an overall nice view (we stayed on the 5th floor). Parking garage looks safe and is only accessible for people who want to enter the building. You shouldn’t expect much of the breakfast, it’s okay for 12,5 p.p. But don’t be laten cuz there will be no bread available. The only thing what we were really dissatisfied about was the location. The location of the hotel is next to a cafe where really much bass/sounds come from. We couldn’t sleep until 2AM. And the airconditioning is also not working. It was a warm room. But overall great hotel and great staff!

We had a fantastic stay here. It's all online, check in, room keys, menus, ordering food and paying for things. Our first experience of this, but thankfully there was a charming receptionist who helped us illiterate tech people 🤣. Parking in the basement, yummy breakfast, spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel, great service, good pricing. Only bad thing is that noise is quite loud, so I would recommend getting ear plugs, just in case you are on the side of the loud street, or you have loud neighbours, because walls let sound through quite well. Enjoy the stay.

Nice concept but it needs some maintenance, please refill the soap containers, the heat gave me some trouble to open it and I felt cold in the room and then I found a dormant bee on the window. All in all it is a good place to stay, I loved the 12th floor view and the young atmosphere of the hotel. Keep it up!

Interesting concept hence there is room for improvement. Matraces pillows and bedlinen need replacement. Adfitional air matrace provided for children is not apropriate at all for todlers. Room we got was not as described. They promiss 40m2 and we got 30m2. Sometimes it is nice having refrigerator in the room as we got used to these amenities when choosing a hotel. Overal for this price one can find much better accomodation in Sofia.

A very nice hotel is in a good area with lots of entertainment places around and places to eat and hang out with a large free parking lot. Courteous service, very clean and always with a smile. We will come back here again.

It's an average hotel, the rooms are spacious, yes, but unfortunately, the interior design is very ordinary. Just putting two or three pieces of plain particleboard furniture doesn't make it modern; it's monotonous and ordinary. The double bed was made by joining two single beds together, and the middle of the bed was quite hard and not joined! The extra bed we requested for the child was an inflatable mattress, which was dysfunctional and impractical; three of us managed to share the same bed for two nights. The online check-in process, followed by room assignment and entry via phone app, was a terrible experience. (I installed the app on my wife's phone, but it didn't work; it's a system assigned to only one phone, is it impossible to enter the room if you're not there?) The hotel's name is Work Nomad, but the internet connection was very bad. I chose it solely because of the good work and connectivity options, but it wasn't what I expected. There was no TV or mini-fridge in our room. We got all our cold drinks and snacks from the market and kiosk across the street. If you're thinking of going there in the evenings to work or have a drink on the terrace or at the bar, they close the shop at 10 PM, and there's nobody in the whole building to ask for help or advice. The breakfast was mediocre.

Upon arrival, at the entrance to the garage, we call the reception and wait for someone to answer. Our call was rejected twice! My husband stays in the car to wait in front of the ramp, and I go to get help. We are first greeted by an empty reception on a lower floor. There we try to do a self-check-in, but the application does not accept the number through which we have to check in. We go to get help on the 12th floor where there is another reception, actually a breakfast room and lounge, and there we find a receptionist sitting, drinking coffee and saying that he saw a car on camera waiting before!? We try to check-in together again, but it doesn't work.. Only after a few joint attempts do we succeed. By the way, the hotel corridors are not air-conditioned, the temperature was over 30°, and we barely opened the door to the room (with the phone) after about 10 minutes, and in the hotel, apart from the man on the 12th floor, there is no one who can help you. All this happens to us after a 10-hour drive. Basically, the concept is good in concept, but the execution is very poor! It's a shame, because the hotel is an excellent choice for any traveler.

Very nice hotel with large rooms. We had complementary parking inside the underground parking which was very convenient. Self check-in/check-out using the app that worked without any issue. Great bar/restaurant with a view over Sofia. Nice and friendly staff.

It's a good choice if you're traveling by car. The only difficulty is online check-in. Even then, if you get stuck, someone will help you.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this hotel. We later discovered that there were bedbugs in our room. After arriving at the hotel, we had to find out that we couldn't get into our room without a phone. Then we were given a room that we hadn't booked. After we moved to another room once, we thought we could finally relax. Not long after, we discovered that some insects were coming out of one of the wooden hangers that shouldn't have been there. After we also saw that there was a lot of wood dust on the floor, it was clear to us what it was. There are a lot of moths hiding in all the modern and beautiful carpets and pillows because they simply haven't been dusted. I guess... they just pulled a terrible stunt on me today, and all this with a small child and without showing much understanding. After we had to move out and find a hotel at the last minute, we were offered, after I asked of course, to pay for a taxi. They supposedly come in 2-3 minutes.. Well no, we waited 45 minutes for a taxi in front of the hotel in 30 degree temperature with a child. I called at least 2-3 times to ask for a taxi and I was always told that it would come in 5 minutes. I would never go there again, because with this design, I don't know where what might be waiting for me... And what animal will jump out... be very careful and look very carefully at everything.

When we arrived, we discovered that there was no lobby or reception. There was a sign that said you could get rooms independently... and it didn't work. There was a technical glitch but no sign warned about it. Then we realized that there was a reception on the 12th floor. We went up there and they made us register to receive a key on an app that you had to install on your cell phone. It took a long time and some of the devices didn't open doors. Our room was at the end of very long corridors. There is no TV or refrigerator in the rooms... We were given one pack of toilet paper for two days. Everything is minimalist. The design is interesting. To ask for something from the reception, you have to go through the corridors and then go up to the 12th floor.

Great value for money. The rooms are very spacious!

Our one-night stay was excellent. The location proved to be very convenient. The spacious bathroom and the included breakfast were great. Though we encountered a hiccup with the self-check-in app, the friendly staff resolved the issue within minutes.

We booked a room and asked for an extra bed. They provided one, but it was inflatable and uncomfortable. Our phone key didn't work either. Luckily, we arrived during the day and couldn't set it up, so they gave us an electronic key. The breakfast was good and filling. The views from the restaurant were beautiful. The common areas were clean and cozy. Everything was great, except for the issues mentioned above.

The common areas are beautiful, although we didn't use them. There's no reception on the ground floor; staff have to be found in the room on the top floor or elsewhere. The app to open the room didn't work, which wasn't very convenient. Fortunately, this was resolved with a card.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY RUN FROM CONTRACTS AND OBLIGATIONS!

It was a fantastic experience, it's a place you can stay without any problems, the rooms are extremely large.

There is no TV in the room and there is no need for online check-in, the system is not working anyway.

The location is very far from the city center. If your work is in the center, I would recommend a closer hotel. You won't have to look for parking. There was no one at the reception, we had difficulty checking in. Online check-in is required, you need to download the app, but the system didn't accept the otels.com ID and order number. A staff member on the 12th floor solved the problem by sending an SMS. I liked that you can enter the rooms by scanning your phone. The breakfast was good. We made a 2-day reservation, but we had to leave on the morning of the first day because my daughter got sick, but they didn't refund the money. Apparently, you have to cancel 24 hours in advance. However, my friends' hotel refunded it and didn't cause any problems. They don't provide a bed for children. We ordered a bed for €30 for 2 days. An inflatable mattress arrived, it was uncomfortable and kept deflating. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and kept us awake. The hotel is generally clean and tidy, it might be suitable for business trips, but I don't recommend it for families.

Beautiful hotel, but something isn't right. We booked a hotel room for the overnight stay. Upon entering the room, it hadn't been cleaned or tidied up by the previous guests. There was also a party or event at the hotel that evening, scheduled to start at 6:00 PM. Nothing wrong with that, you might say. The party was being held in the restaurant on the top floor of the twelfth. Our room was on the tenth. The problem was that the music boomed into the room. As a result, we were subjected to the noise of the party music from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM and were only able to sleep peacefully afterwards. At 12:39 AM, we finally asked how long the party would last. The answer was 1:00 AM. At 1:00 AM, the party was still in full swing. It wasn't until around 2:00 AM that peace returned. If we had known this earlier, and the receptionist had reported the noise disturbance, we wouldn't have booked. Furthermore, the television in the room was missing; upon inquiry, the technician said he would bring it. He never brought it, and we haven't heard anything since. I read later that there is no TV in the room as standard at all. One elevator in the 12-story hotel was not working. Fortunately, the other one was. But you don't want to think about what happens during busy times or emergencies. The breakfast was good with friendly staff, but unfortunately the coffee machines didn't work. So we checked out without coffee at breakfast.

The hotel itself is very good spacious and clean. Almost all of the staff are very friendly. Apart from the women in the bar/restaurant with short pinkish hair who has terrible customer service and was very rude. I ordered food there and she didn’t even bring it to me. Just left it on the bar and didn’t tell me and it was sat there for 20 mins? Very incompetent and shouldn’t be working there.||But apart from that I can’t complain.

Hotel in a student town in Sofia. The rooms are without a TV and a refrigerator. Convenient parking. There is only one elevator and this requires you to walk around a lot to get to your room. Excellent internet. Very varied and high-quality breakfast. If you visit the hotel, book through booking.com, the hotel gives a higher price, which is strange at least for me.

I stayed in this coliving for a few days and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised: the place is super comfortable, from the rooms to the large and quiet cowork space, I really could focus on my job during my stay in there. Sofia is a wonderful city, it was my first time in this city and I will definitely return and stay in this place again.

I am sharing my feedback after nearly two months of staying at the Work Nomads Hotel in Sophia. Having experienced various co-living spaces throughout the UK and EU over the past five years, I must say my experience here has been less than satisfactory. The infrastructure of the co-living space, including the co-working floor, dedicated desks, monitors, meeting rooms, as well as the community vibe and co-working activities, were all commendable. However, the experience was overshadowed by the conduct of one individual. Multiple feedback, totalling over 28 complaints, has been provided against Ms. Polina Milkova, the reception manager. Many, including myself, have found her interactions to be less than professional and often confrontational towards both guests and staff. Concerned residents and I brought these issues forward in a collective meeting with the owner of Work Nomads Hotel. Yet, disappointingly, there seems to be no resolution or change in her behaviour. For the betterment and future success of Work Nomads Hotel, I sincerely hope there is a re-evaluation of management roles. In such a competitive industry, every individual plays a crucial role, and it's unfortunate that one person's actions could potentially overshadow the efforts of many. I'm actively engaged with a large co-living community on social media, and many members value genuine feedback and recommendations. I've shared my experience, as have others, because we believe in making informed choices. Regrettably, given the current scenario, Work Nomads Hotel is one place I wouldn't consider revisiting as long as the management remains unchanged.

Restaurants, supermarket, super-pharmacy, hairdressers, fruits and vegetables, everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The service in the restaurant is exceptional. I stayed for two weeks and extended my trip only because of the comfort the hotel provided. I will definitely come back here in the future

Beautiful hotel, huge rooms, no TV (just as well), they accept large dogs (two Cane Corsos), perfect room service, excellent value. Various, rich, and plentiful breakfast, the wait staff is very attentive and courteous. All the staff are very friendly.

Absolutely everything superlative! I only stayed one night, in transit, but I would always, with the greatest pleasure and on any other occasion, stay here. Very close to the city center but also to the city ring road. It looks like a 5-star hotel, not just 4, the huge rooms, very nicely decorated, the huge and super comfortable bed, the bathroom just as big, which is right without a TV and minibar, in the room, but for me there was no problem in this regard, it really didn't matter, instead equipped with a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, glasses, spoons, water. Access is easy, through an electronic key, which is activated together with the reception staff, at the time of check-in, from an application that is downloaded like any other application on the phone, the underground parking, video surveillance, easily accessible, on level -2, on level -1 is the one at Lidl, the restaurant looks great, it is on the 12th floor and offers a superb view of the city of Sofia, the breakfast is plentiful, very varied and very, very good, the staff is very prepared and very kind, I recommend this hotel, great value for money!!

Coming here is a great experience, the location is nicely situated right by Studentski park so it's really easy to go out on a walk. The hotel is great and the room is beautiful with a great view of the park. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant has amazing food & views of the city. Shout-out to `Amini` for his great service in the restaurant also guiding us on where and what to visit & a big shout-out to `Ivan`the restaurant manager for his great hospitality and humbleness, always being so respectful and kind. The coworking space is pretty chill and quiet, has multiple meeting rooms and a quiet area which is really nice to focus on work. There's a small kitchen area aswell to grab a quick coffee.

Perfect place in every way. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is kind. The restaurant on the 12th floor gives a perfect view of Sofia while you enjoy the rich and delicious breakfast. There is also a smoking terrace for your morning coffee. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were amazed by this hotel which we used for a night's sleep during our road trip. Room was huge, like a whole apartment! I consider this ideal for business people and also for companies for their guests. It has an underground parking, with car charging available. Breakfast is served on the 12th floor with a lovely view. Breakfast is basic and there is room for improvement. We highly recommend this hotel!

First time in Sofia on my way to Greece, this was the perfect place to make a one night stop. Underground parking, big rooms, restaurant on top floor, working spaces and also some nice common spaces, everything is digital from payment to room key.

Is a good place to try as a coliving, everyone help to you, there are different activities to do and meet people, the rooms and the coworking área are very confortable, the área is good enough, different transportation options, a place to visit more that one time.

Our stay at the WN Lab Hotel provided a blend of comfort and convenience. We were particularly pleased with the large room size, which came with a fantastic view that added to the overall ambience. The hotel's cleanliness was noteworthy, and it was apparent that the facilities were new and well-maintained. The high-speed internet was an added bonus, and we found the breakfast offerings satisfying. The hotel's location was prime, nestled amongst numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making it convenient for us to explore and try different food options. We appreciated the exclusive underground parking, which gave us peace of mind. Despite these positive aspects, the staff's behaviour could use some improvement to match the overall quality of the hotel. Also, we were a bit surprised to find that there were no TVs in the rooms. We believe that this should be clearly mentioned in advance to all travelers as it's not a common practice. Despite these minor inconveniences, we found our overall experience at WN Lab Hotel to be largely positive.

We have spent one month here so far and it has been fantastic. The staff are very helpful, the residents are nomads from all over the place and the coworkimg place is amazing. Great views, good coffee and monitors that you can book! The only negative thing about the hotel is the noise from the nearby clubs/bars, so I recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. Also the wifi in some rooms is slow, but the IT team are working on it. I'd definitely come back here!

What a view from the restaurant on the 12th floor - Sofia and Vitosha at your fingertips. There is no overnight accommodation at the reception, but the security has excellent English, there is no TV and refrigerator in the room, but it is very stylish and bio - excellent mattresses, not very regular cleaning, very stylish furniture, the restaurant is only with cards - the menu is with qr cod. Excellent service in the restaurant and bar, . I highly recommend this location. Peace and style.

Lovely hotel, very huge and spacious rooms, each room has a desk so you can work on it. the internet is great 250/150megabits on wifi with Wifi AX. the breakfast is normal,with a wonderful view on 12th floor which has 360 view. one remark, pls pay attention when you sre entering with the car in the underground parking lot 🅿️. the sign is not very visible. it is the same entrance as lidl, but Lidl is on the left, abd the hotel is at the bottom. the entrance is narrow, there was a car coming in other direction, i needed to go reverse. second thing, we arrived in the evening and the night shift person was a old guy who was very rude. the young people during the day are polite but the old guy is rude and was lazy to check our reservation. he did not even check our passport, so the young guys did it jn the morning. see photo attached for more detials.

This quaint hotel is perfectly fine if you know exactly where you're looking (the nearest metro is 20 minutes away, and the bus into the city center isn't particularly convenient either; the journey to Serdika metro station, which is considered the city center, takes about 45 minutes). The hotel is located in a cozy neighborhood, with a park nearby and a Lidl store in the building next door. Free underground parking is available for hotel guests, and the rooms are large and nicely renovated. The Wi-Fi is very unstable—on Apple devices, the network kept dropping out, so we had to use hotspots from our phone. For the price, it's a very reasonable deal—a room with breakfast for two cost us €60.

Loved staying there during February, the thing I loved most was the community events. I think it helped me get more acquainted with the other nomads staying 😊 And i had the chance to visit Borovets for some skiing as it is about an hour away. Vitosha is also good but wanted a weekend getaway

This is a hidden gem in Sofia. The rooms are extremely spacious and cozy. There's an entire floor dedicated to coworking. The space is amazing and extremely convenient if you want a professional place to work during your stay. The rooftop and restaurant on the top floor have amazing views!

The room was very spacious and also cozy, with a subtle separation of sleeping/working space. Coworking had good vibes, but also atmosphere of actual work happening. The park nearby is a good addition, but in the end I spent more time outside on the terraces in the coworking, as it was closer/easier access to fresh air and a bit of sun. If you travel by public transport, don't bother waiting for the bus, rather walk to the metro (it's 20ish minutes). Altogether, I quite liked it.

Awesome hotel with modern design and access to various amenities. Super comfortable bed, cozy room and great service! Pretty much every object in the room has been given second life (recycled, upcycled, etc.) and everything has been built/designed with a sustainable effort. You can feel and see the nomadic culture with the very first steps you take when you enter the building. Perfect co-working area with everything you might need to work remotely and a breathtaking view to the Vitosha mountain!

Extremely disappointing! It is unacceptable to accommodate clients during construction without warning in advance. The photos speak for themselves. The only good thing is the size of the room and the thermostatic mixer in the bathroom. There is no TV, refrigerator, coffee machine. The shared kitchen is on another floor, with a sink full of unwashed dishes, greasy pans on the counters and crumbs on the tables. The sofa in the room and the carpet in the hallway are already stained, despite the fact that the hotel is not officially open. There is no lobby and no real reception. The elevator is wrapped in boxes. After 24 hours, you wake up a guard to open it for you, you wait for him to open the underground garage as well. I think that is enough. I would not advise anyone to visit this place

The location in the city is very good. It's quiet and peaceful both day and night. Besides the fact that pets are allowed here, they brought a bed and bowls for our pets upon our arrival. Having a washer-dryer saves a ton of time and stress... although the separate location of the kitchen and laundry from the room is a bit of a bummer. If you're a family with pets, this is the place for you!

Great place to work and stay. I love coming here. The rooms are spacious, wonderfully decorated and clean. The view from the top floor, where the restaurant is, is absolutely stunning, as is the view from the rooftop terrace where you can have a drink. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful, and the location is great in a lovely neighborhood. There are many shops nearby, as well as a range of different restaurants.
