Love the huge rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and self service checkin and checkout. We always stop here when we pass Sofia.

The rooms are large and clean, mobile check-in is very convenient, and parking is a priority. The breakfast is rich and varied. The downside is that there is no TV in the room, after all, the hotel is 4 stars and only English is spoken everywhere. We are in Bulgaria and I don't want to be spoken to in a foreign language, regardless of whether I know it.

I generally rated the hotel very well. Everything was very clean and the rooms were spacious. It was also nice that breakfast was included. I stayed there twice for a business trip. The first time, I was very satisfied: everything was close by and easily accessible, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms themselves. The second time, unfortunately, my experience was less positive. It was during the winter, and both my colleagues and I were very cold in our rooms. It was indeed cold outside, but it also remained uncomfortably cold inside, especially in the mornings and evenings when returning to our rooms. This made our stay less comfortable. Furthermore, parking has not been free since January 1, 2026, and it's quite expensive if your company doesn't pay for it.

Great hotel - clean, comfortable and modern. Offers incredible views of Vitosha and Sofia, both from the 12th floor, where the reception and restaurant are, and from the room on a higher floor. Informal boho style, which creates a friendly environment and conditions for relaxation and unwinding. Responsive, kind, patient and competent staff

Great hotel Good breakfast, nice room, and very helpful staff. The only downside is that you have a digital key and sometimes the Wi-Fi is poor, making it difficult to access your room. The location is excellent, and you can reach all the sights in the center in half an hour by public transport. Definitely recommended.

If someone tries to draw a map of us, it will be quite an exercise. You’ll find Sofia. Brussels. Amsterdam. Beirut. São Paulo. Warsaw. Santiago. 48+ nationalities, 4 continents - all united under one idea: a nation without a country. We don’t share a flag. We share a Monday. We don’t share a time zone. We share a deadline, a project, a reason to show up for each other. And when one of us stumbles, we’re there to support. Our Olympic Games are just a small representation of this collaborative spirit. Maybe your place on the map is right here with us. #wnolympics #worknomads #wnlabhotel

August quiet in Sofia? Maybe a little… but boring? Never. Sure, the city slows down, but that just means no traffic, better seats, and zero rush. Think sunset drinks, urban festivals, weekend mountain hikes, and easygoing networking events where you can actually hear each other talk. 🎟️🍻 Why leave town when Sofia has everything you need for the perfect August? 👀 #thingstodoinsofia #worknomads #WNlabhotel #sofiabulgaria

More than a month has passed since our 3rd WN Olympic Games. 🏆 But the laughter, the determination, and the joy of finally meeting your online work buddies in person are still echoing through the halls of the WN Lab hotel in Sofia. Looking back at the time we shared together, we keep coming back to the one truth that WorkNomads was built on: If athletes can cross borders in pursuit of greatness, so can the rest of us. 🌍 WorkNomads is building a nation without a country - where your potential matters more than your passport. #worknomads #WNolympics #wnlabhotel #teambuildinggames

When someone asks us what the WN Olympics are all about… we panic a little, laugh a lot, and usually just send them a video instead. Here’s the radically candid truth: we call it the Olympics for two reasons. One - we believe we’re elite athletes, except our “sport” is whatever we’re actually good at (civil engineering, infrastructural engineering, ICT, hospitality, community building - you name it). Two - because by the end of the week, people walk out actually transformed because it’s an epic experience. It’s challenges, quests, creativity, teamwork, and way too much laughter. 😁 This week has been a glorious cultural collision. Accents colliding, inside jokes forming in real time, and everyone finally figuring out who’s hilarious, who’s competitive to a slightly concerning degree, and who definitely cannot sing (even though we have some of the best singers and musicians we’ve ever met). We’ve been at our Sofia HQ having way too much fun, getting to know each other behind the screens and meetings. More content coming soon, but right now we’re packing up and heading out of Sofia for the weekend challenge, where Bulgarian nature is about to witness levels of teamwork (and possibly chaos) it did not sign up for. 🫶

The Earth is having a birthday. We got her actual data instead of flowers. 🌱 73.57% of our team works fully remote. And when people do come together, they share space. 123 sqm per person to live, work, and occasionally fight over the last coffee. Down from 266 sqm in 2022. Smaller shared spaces mean less energy, less water, less of everything the planet is tired of absorbing. One kitchen instead of ten, one heating system instead of twenty separate flats. Coliving is not a trend. It is the most logical answer to a world that forgot how to live efficiently. 45 nationalities under one roof. Smaller footprint, stronger community. Simple math, really. 🌍 Electricity is down 15% in 2025 as well. Waste down too. Turns out you can grow a business without growing the mess. We cannot fix what we do not track. So we track everything we thought of. And then we tell you about it. Full data in our 2025 Transparency Report. Link in stories. 🔗

You ever stare at your suitcase and wonder who you were before you arrived? That’s Martin right now. Sitting in a room that was once just four walls, now a map of memories. It’s funny how quickly time slips. Three months ago, he was just another traveler checking in. Now the view from the rooftop looks different surrounded by people he didn’t know he would even miss. Work brought him here. But the people? They gave him something to take back. And got him thinking how he could bring others into. The Coliving Story wraps up here - but is this the end?
