This apartment was outstanding. The people from Coco were very responsive from the outset, arranged a check-in at short notice quite late in the evening and the place itself is just great - extremely clean, looks exactly like the photos, comfortable bed, quiet at night thanks to the bedroom facing the courtyard. And the hosts were very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. I will definitely be in touch with Coco Community the next time I am working in Paris.

Horrible experience. I still remember after years, the owner of coco (who looks very nice at the beggining) tried to add charges not included in the contract after months living there. So horrible their attitude and so inconfort i decided to move from there and of course i didnt accept the extra charges. In 4 years they have increases the price of the appartement from 1400 to 2200. Unbelievble how they contribute to make Paris impossible to live… taking advantage of foreigners.

Everything with Coco was extremely smooth, I struggled with housing with other agencies before but it was refreshing to have things smooth and simple with coco. I’d definitely recommend!

Company has absurd fees and would not stop emailing after expressing I was not interested.

We stayed in Coco Community provided studio for 2 months. Their system is excellent to provide a relief and a community for my daughter who was new in France. Their customer service and always on care and empathy made a huge difference in our experience in Paris. I strongly recommend as individual and as families too for peace of mind and support. I stayed with Coco from June to August 2025, and it was truly the best decision I made to fully enjoy my time in Paris. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed — fully furnished with thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, cookware, dishes, detergent, bed linens, towels, and more. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and just a 5-minute walk to the Metro, making it incredibly convenient. From the start, the Coco team was so warm and welcoming. They made the entire process—from the application to check-in—smooth and personal, even meeting me at the apartment to make sure I had everything I needed. Communication was always fast and helpful, and they were flexible with both move-in and move-out dates. I also appreciated the monthly cleaning service — such a great perk! What really stood out to me was the sense of community. During my stay, there were yoga events, wine socials, and even a celebration for Fête de la Musique, where I connected with fellow travelers and made amazing friends. It felt like more than just a place to stay — it was an experience. Thanks to the Coco community, my time in Paris was not only enjoyable but truly memorable. I've stayed at a COCO's apartment for half a year, during my job rotation in France. I feel like I couldn't have opted for anything better! They made me feel welcome already before my arrival to Paris, through a very structured booking process. When in Paris, your beautiful apartment will welcome you with everything you need for your first days: from salt and pepper to blankets and soap, etc. Then, just wait for a few days and a COCO Talk/Event will pop up. You should join them, especially if you struggle with making friends because of your French level! You'll meet some very nice people/colivers, while sipping some wine in a picturesque area such as Le Marais, where the coworking space is located. I wish you a wonderful stay in Paris and choosing COCO will help you a lot!

My apartment’s location felt like a dream, and the beautifully curated interior—with thoughtful touches like a chilled bottle of wine, biscuits, coffee, delicious olive oil, handmade soap, and a great selection of books—immediately made me feel at home. It is the perfect way to find an apartment around Paris, processes are smooth and can be totally online, which I consider a plus! Also great apartments in great locations. They integrate you with a community of people living in the city and it totally awesome, they organize events and stuff. The most important thing for me was that they were always available and reachable, they will help you with everything regarding the apartment, that’s a really awesome feature! I highly recommend COCO. The team is amazing, supportive and friendly. I've stayed in three of their appartments over the last few years and it's always a wonderful experience. I stayed in the COCO unit in the 6eme arrondissement. I had a wonderful time staying in this flat. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and has incredible views. It is in one of the best areas in Paris: surrounded by delicious restaurants, shopping areas, and grocery stores. It is also a short walk to multiple metro stations, and very walkable to other areas. Beyond getting a wonderful apartment, you get to be a part of the COCO community. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made you feel right at home. I cannot stress how great of a flat and experience this was, and I can't wait to return again!

Perfectly located in the middle of a neighborhood that is both lively in some parts and upscale on other. Walkable, many great bakeries and restaurants. The only thing to keep in mind is that the closest subway station is line 13 which has a 24/7 peak hour feeling. If you can walk or take the bus instead. On top of it, the CoCo team was amazing, very reactive and understanding.

I LOVE Coco Community! They are my go-to for my short-term stays in Paris and I've used them now for two years in a row. Not only are they reliable, responsive and extremely helpful navigating the city, they truly care about each individual guest. I think the best part about the program are the friends I've made (and still keep in touch with once I leave Paris!). Looking forward to using them for a third time this year. Would recommend them to everyone!

Amazing experience! I can only recommend staying with Coco. You will get to know a super nice, interesting and welcoming community. It can be challenging to get settled in big cities, but with Coco I met so many different people and made lots of new friends from all over the world. If you ever have questions or problems, Frederic and the others will be there for you. They even brought me medicine to my apartment when I was sick and offered to get me some groceries. It's a home away from home!

Thank you to Albert and Fred for their warm welcome during our training sessions. Between the stones of an old church and a large mirror, we had an intimate space perfect for working. Then there was a fantastic atmosphere at the opening of our final exhibition: music, a buffet, a warm welcome, laughter swirling around us amidst magical encounters.

I was lucky enough to stay with COCO for the 2.5 months that I spent in Paris. Not only did this mean a comfortable, safe, clean and furnished apartment - but it also opened the door for so many amazing opportunities and relationships. All within a couple hours of arriving to Paris, Frédéric personally walked me down the street to help me set up a phone plan, and Albert met me at my apartment to help me lift my heavy bags inside and get me settled. I have booked apartments in Paris, on several occasions, through Coco Community, each time for a month-long period. The team have been incredibly efficient - finding apartments at a 2-day notice, going the extra mile (literally) at crazy hours in order to help with a faulty appliance or wifi connection, etc. They are highly reliable, friendly and I warmly recommend their service.

I had the pleasure to stay in 2 different COCO apartments for a total of 4 months. I’m writing this for the people that is going through the google reviews to confirm this is a reliable company. Let’s get this our of the way, yes the apartment look like the pictures and everything it’s promised on the website / contract will be delivered. I know is hard to pay and sign a contract without visiting the place in person but 5 months ago I decided to trust my gut feeling and I’m glad I did (Also Olivia from the Letter O did an amazing job on the website and that sold me) The apartments are fully equipped with everything you can possibly need to cook, clean and have a comfortable stay in Paris The coworking space is located in an historical old building that was previously a church where (fun fact) a king was baptisted. So clearly not your regular coworking space. I do have to say, the open space might not be ideal if you have meetings. However they have a meeting room available. Most of COCO apartments are in the Marais, hands down the best neighborhood in Paris where you can walk to museums, coffeeshops, local stores, restaurants and art galleries. If you are looking for the “Pinterest/ Instagram Paris experience” this is where you want to stay. If none of this sounds good enough, let’s get to the best part of COCO, the people (both in the team and the community) The service provided by Frederick, Albert, Nino and Marie is exceptional. They are approachable and friendly, and they make sure everyone feels welcome and supported during its in Paris. This is invaluable, specially when you are in a different country and don’t speak the language. The events are really really cool and the topics range from art to politics to personal development. Having this structure allows you to meet incredible people from different paths of life and sparks amazing conversations. I honestly can’t say enough good things about COCO and the amazing job they do proving that Parisian hospitality is a thing.

It was the property were perfectly matching with photos available on the website so there was no surprise when I entered the apartment. In terms of location, I loved the area where I could walk and enjoying to watch the dogs from neighbors right in front of apartment, it should had been used as tram road before but converted to a workout area for neighborhood. Easy access to the Metro line 8 and 12 from the apartment which takes 5-10 minutes, also easy access to the Tram. There is a local market with fresh ingredients including cheese and bread opens every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 am which I love it the most. Communication with the host was super easy and promptly handled at timely manner during my stay. There was a welcome kit at the kitchen which I thought it was a nice touch too. I had no issue with cleanliness and maintenance of apartment during my stay. I was lucky to find a host like Frederic and his team.

I spent a month living in one of COCO's apartments in St. Germain, and absolutely loved it. Great location, great people, and the coworking space (housed in a former 13th c. chapel) was a welcome reprieve from the grueling summer heat! Would recommend for those looking for a longer term stay.

Unreliable! Had an agreement about renting an appartement for 1 month. Everything seemed good. But when I was going to make the final booking later that evening, the owner had rented out the flat to someone else, saying there was something wrong with airbnb. Very disapponting, and my advice is to be carefull.

I had the pleasure to spend 10 wonderful months with Coco. I found the place a bit by accident, but already after my first conversation with Frederic (the charismatic owner), I got a very good feeling and I was not disappointed. While I usually take a lot of precautions and check everything especially when it comes to rentals, after talking to Frederic, I actually rented the apartment without seeing it (not even photos!) as the place was still under renovation. I trusted my intuition and did not regret the decision. Everything was as promised, and more. When you stay with Coco, you get much more than just a great apartment. Mine was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and perfectly run. If there was any issue, it was solved immediately. Albert (another key, very kind and caring person at Coco) always took seriously any concern and fixed everything in no time! The place felt safe, well-taken care of, which was important for me especially as I did not know Paris well enough. Coco provides, however, more than safe, conformable, and beautiful apartments. Frederic creates a space where you can meet interesting, and many exceptional, people from all over the world. Coco regularly organizes various events, often art-related, and great fun parties, thus creating a platform for the colivers to meet. Notably – which is yet another exceptional trait of this place - they also invite their French friends and colleagues to these events, from a broad spectrum of professions, so you can actually meet the real France there. The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming and radiant. It really lifts the whole stay up. I have actually made some real (close) friends at Coco during my stay. What is also special with Coco is the personal touch and genuine engagement by the Coco team. The friendly relation has made my stay in Paris so much more joyful, immersive, and fun. I am truly grateful, especially to Frederic and Albert for all the beautiful memories. You have made my time in Paris exceptional and unforgettable. (but you have also made it so much harder for me to leave Paris!!)

We'll be back as soon as possible!! Perfect location, just steps from the Trocadero and close to many shops. And above all, a terrace like few others in Paris. Exactly what we needed to work in peace and quiet.

Frederic is the owner; he is responsive, caring, thoughtful, and meticulous. Albert runs operations and is a beam of optimism and professionalism. All the apartments are cleaned to a T, equipped with everything needed (and if not, they'll get it for you), and are perfectly located. What you see is what you get - it's not false advertising. The model is simple: rent an apartment, have free access to a beautiful co-working space (24/7), and participate in activities bringing people together. Coco community is almost too good to be true. If you are someone who wants to live in Paris for months at a time but notices that Airbnb provides terrible value for longer term rentals, then Coco Is a dream. If you are someone who also needs to work while you’re in Paris but find WeWork to feel corporate, cold and expensive, then Coco’s co-working space in the heart of Paris will feel like an incredible bonus. If you like getting invited to parties and events with a bunch of other *actual people* who are up to similar things, then you’ll probably find Coco community to be socially beneficial. They literally rent you a nicely finished, fully furnished, fully stocked apartment in a cool Paris neighborhood for a reasonable monthly rate. You don’t need to do anything except buy food. It’s a massive no brainer - get in if you can. I feel very lucky to have found them when I did and I hope i can get in again one day. 10/10 recommend

I had the opportunity, during a workshop, to work there and transform it into a temporary art gallery. Frédéric and Albert welcomed us with warmth, enthusiasm, and generosity. We've rented the COCO space, rue Saint-Paul, for a few years now for our photography continuing education sessions. It's a wonderful space charged with history and cosy at the same time. The place is super well located in a great Parisian neighbourhood, with fancy shops and restaurants. The COCO staff is always professional and available. They regularly host our photography shows and invite their community, I love the sharing spirit.

A wonderful concept. Paris can be especially hard for expats and people who are not native French speakers, but COCO has made my short-term-turned-long-stay exceptional. The verification applicants go through ensures residents or ‘colivers’ as they call them, are properly vetted. The events and social events they hosted meant I was able to build friendships easily, as opposed to having to hang around coffee shops and bars all day hoping someone would strike up a conversation! Fred and Albert and their extending team were quick to handle any questions I had, or needs for the apartment. My apartment was located in Le Marais, just a few minutes walk to the Seine and my favourite spot, Place des Vosges. I could not have chosen a better arrondissement (neighbourhood) for my stay! Another highlight is the homes are furnished to feel homely and not like a hotel. Each one is different (evident when I visited the other colivers’ homes) and unique to the spaces they have – I really felt like my apartment was true of a Parisians. The membership also includes access to the coworking space, which includes all the essential amenities (I wanted to take their coffee machine with me… but I didn’t!) such as quality coffee and tea and a nice clean space to heat up food. Otherwise, the street is surrounded by plenty of options, such as Japanese next door, local brasseries, boulangeries and the supermarket which is all just a couple minutes walk. I have recommended COCO to all my friends who are looking to relocate to Paris – no doubt will they also enjoy their time!

I can't say enough good things about Coco. I stayed in one of their apartments for a month and can't wait to go back. They offer a great price on short term apartment rentals, which even includes co-working space. It's the best deal in Paris in a charming location. The staff is super helpful, and it's great to know they're there to help out with whatever you need. Highly recommend.

This is not your average Paris accommodation-located in a nice quiet side street of bustling quartier St.-Paul (and a stone's throw away from the river), these serviced studios/apartments are extremely well-equipped and you can also make use of the very cool co-working space indoors and on the terrace. The team is absolutely great and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need. Very exciting new project with much in planning, ideal for both French and internationals to meet like-minded people. Would be happy to stay here again when in Paris. 5/5, 10/10 Highly recommend.
