In Hossegor for a Comedy Club evening, I decided to eat at the restaurant (excellent meal!) and stay the night rather than drive home in the dark. Being sensitive to sharing a room, I chose to book a room for myself. Beyond the lovely decor and the view overlooking part of the (very well-maintained) garden and the forest, the room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, and had a very nice, well-appointed bathroom. The room price (a little over €170) was a bit high, but the quality of the bedding and access to the pool and its sun loungers made it more reasonable. The same goes for the price of breakfast (€15), which I found a bit expensive considering the limited selection on the buffet. However, I had a very pleasant experience and I would like to congratulate all the employees I met from my arrival to my departure, including the meal I had there: smiles and professionalism were always present!

We've been coming to Hejmo for a weekend in August for the past three years. The welcome, the decor, the pool, the room—everything is lovely. You can also come for a drink or a meal without staying at the hotel. The location in the Pedebert area suits us perfectly.

The welcome was good, however, it feels more like a hotel than a hostel. If you're looking for a hostel, I wouldn't recommend it; however, if you're looking for a quiet place like a hotel with shared rooms, it's superb.

A delightful and incredibly restorative stay, a welcome respite from the crowds of Hossegor during peak season. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help… and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be back.

This hostel is really well thought out! The labeled fridge bags, the intimate dorm rooms with their curtains, the pool, the rooftop. Nothing to complain about. Except for the automatic sprinkler system in the middle of the night while we were relaxing on the sun loungers. 🤣 But at least it gave us a good laugh.

Excellent, a great find! The welcome was perfect, the restaurant service was perfect and friendly, and there was even a fantastic little live concert. Traveling alone, I felt very comfortable. The restrooms were very adequate. In short, a great place, safe and cool, I highly recommend it!

Fantastic hotel in a great location with lots to offer! Spacious room, air conditioning (a real plus during heatwaves and for those sensitive to heat), inviting pool, and a bar and restaurant next door serving excellent food. All this in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature! A very pleasant stay; I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

A 24-hour stopover in Hossegor, and I'm delighted I chose Hejmo for my stay. The welcome was very warm and friendly, as was the overall atmosphere between the guests and the staff. I highly recommend it.

I've been to Hejmo several times now, especially the bar/restaurant area. The welcome is very friendly, the tapas are perfect for sharing, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the decor is fantastic. I recommend it to tourists and locals alike.

We spent two nights in a four-person dorm with a pool. It was really great, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood and the city are nice, with lots of outlet stores nearby. I highly recommend it, especially since the prices are really affordable!

The room is perfectly air-conditioned, and the pool is calm and relaxing. The owners are incredibly attentive, even able to rescue us from a jam at midnight. If you're looking for a quiet spot just steps from the beach, go for it!

It takes about an hour to walk to the center, however, the hostel was phenomenal and very clean. Everything is modern and the staff is friendly. The pool was a welcome addition. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this inn as a family of four adults and two children, and we have wonderful memories of our stay. We received a very warm and kind welcome. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and always available to make our stay enjoyable. The manager is particularly kind and attentive, and she looks after her guests' well-being with great care. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant: the tapas are excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the service is impeccable. You can feel their genuine desire to please, which makes all the difference. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and very pleasant. You immediately feel at ease, whether you're relaxing or sharing quality time with your family. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

I love this hostel | Swimming pool, superbly equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, warm welcome, private parking, El Nido restaurant with really good dishes, small relaxation lounge, evening concerts or matches, access to factory outlets. I recommend it, it was my 3rd stay and I would return.

The double room is modern and very pleasant, a nice surprise! The location is a bit secluded but not far from the beach by car, which allows for a view of nature. However, the pool was always full of children; we weren't expecting that in a hostel.

A surprisingly charming and delightful hotel. The setting is magnificent in a stunning location. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet (despite offering dormitories, it's perfectly peaceful for a restful sleep). The shared kitchen is brand new and very welcoming. The secluded pool is perfect for relaxing and cooling off whenever you like. I want to give a huge shoutout to this hostel especially employee Manon. While I was cycling the Europe I got sick but Staff kindly agreed to store my bicycle while I took a flight back to my country to have a treatment. Very helpful people!

Not very customer-friendly. My EasyJet flight was cancelled, and unfortunately, I was unable to find an alternative. I was supposed to stay here with my wife to surprise her for her birthday. I immediately informed the hotel of the cancellation that very morning. Having booked three nights, I simply asked if it was possible to change the dates or, failing that, to receive some kind of compensation (such as a voucher for one or two nights). Unfortunately, they offered no compensation whatsoever. I am particularly disappointed, as I was looking forward to showing her this beautiful region.

I came in May on the recommendation of someone who keeps staying at Hejmo Hostel. I booked from Sunday to Wednesday, before postponing my departure date twice in a row. I just went back. Honestly, it's great. Even in the shared rooms, you still get privacy thanks to the curtains. I recommend it!

A nice place, my wife and I often go there for dinner or drinks with a small tapas platter. The waitresses and waiters are very cool and smiling. I recommend it.

A hostel I highly recommend; I decided to extend my stay. The property is very well maintained and looks brand new. The common areas are clean and well-equipped. The dormitories are really pleasant, offering real privacy thanks to the curtains on each bed, and a lovely view. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight and makes you want to stay longer. It's well-located, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Hossegor. Remember to bring a beach towel, as they are not provided (€6 extra), unlike some other hostels. Bicycles are available for rent on-site.

Very nice little place, away from the chaos, the staff very kind, the rooms clean. Two small flaws in three days: the room and bathroom were never cleaned, and the breakfast for €15 was very poor...

We contacted the HEJMO in Soorts-Hossegor to organize our wedding. Agathe was our first point of contact, and she immediately demonstrated great professionalism by listening attentively and quickly addressing our questions and concerns. She was always available with kindness and consideration. Manon, the hotel manager, was constantly adapting to changes, offering solutions and organizing the wedding with great professionalism. She thought of everything, allowing us to experience the wedding planning process with much greater peace of mind. We would like to thank her for allowing us to experience this magical moment at her hotel. Mélissa, always smiling and kind, welcomed us and all our guests with her beautiful smile. She anticipated everything and offered helpful suggestions. Thanks to her, I wasn't stressed and was able to prepare in perfect conditions. She was incredibly professional and a tremendous help, constantly adapting to the numerous requests. I am extremely grateful. 🙏 An afternoon tea was offered to the guests on the hotel's rooftop with a magnificent view of the pine trees. We thank Micka and Antho at the bar, who served us and were always attentive to our requests, always with great professionalism and a smile. The cocktails were excellent! We also thank Violette and Coco for their kindness, gentleness, and professionalism. They were efficient, helpful, and proactive in anticipating our needs. The DJ was chosen by Manon, and he was flawless; he was fantastic, appealing to several generations and getting the dance floor going. Finally, a huge thank you 🙏 to the Chef and all his kitchen staff, Micky, Quentin, and Julie. From the afternoon tea to the main meals, everything was as beautiful as it was delicious! And generous portions! Equally skilled with sweet and savory dishes, it was divine! Don't change a thing, we'll be back! Our guests were delighted. P.S. The hotel is spotlessly clean! And wonderfully peaceful and green!

We only had dinner. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the cocktails were superb. The icing on the cake was the fantastic live band, "Keep Smilin'." Without hesitation. A wonderful discovery.

Highly recommended!! Very modern and pleasant. The service is very helpful, even if you don't speak French. The clientele is very mixed, from young to old! You do need a car to get there, but parking isn't a problem.

We had an exceptional stay at Hejmo Hostel in Hossegor. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the friendly and modern atmosphere of this establishment, which perfectly embodies the hybrid hotel concept of comfort and hostel spirit. The common areas are pleasant, well-maintained, and encourage interaction. Our bed in the dormitory was very comfortable, with a layout designed to preserve privacy and quiet, which is truly appreciated in a dorm. A real highlight of our stay was the heated swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Hossegor. The value for money is excellent; it's a perfect option for affordable accommodation without compromising on quality. We wholeheartedly recommend Hejmo Hostel for a successful stay in the Landes region, and we will gladly return.

A welcoming and warm place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I didn't try the rooms, but they must be quiet given the location. My only complaint, having met with colleagues in the reception/restaurant area, is the severe lack of coat hooks, as many of the seats are stools. Suggestion for the establishment: adding them along the bar, under the TV, and hooks for handbags under the high tables would be a real plus at minimal cost.

Last September, I was on holiday, initially booking a bed and breakfast in Benesse-Maremne, but had to cancel due to unsanitary conditions. Hejmo Hostel kindly booked me a room at the last minute for four nights, and I am incredibly grateful for their warm welcome, understanding, availability, and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel, restaurant, and bar. Next time, I will book directly with them.

I was charged twice for a room reservation and no one notified me. The hotel is difficult to contact, and when I finally got through to someone, I was held responsible for the error without any attempt to find a solution. A very disappointing customer service experience.

Great hostel, quite far from the center but very pleasant with a heated pool, and I met some lovely people. Just one small drawback: the hostel's communal kitchen could use more cutlery, as it's difficult to cook when there are a lot of people. Apart from that, the staff is friendly and helpful, and with the beautiful weather, everything was perfect for a great stay.

Welcoming staff in a quiet and pleasant location

Passing through for one night, this was a very good hotel. The day staff gave us a friendly welcome, and it was ideal for resting – quiet and pleasant surroundings. It was a wonderful stay. We had a 4 people bedroom with our family, 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved the bunk beds. So cosy. With all the necessities. Every bed has a cosy bed light and electricity. The showers and toilets are very clean and spacious. The restaurant and terraces have a very good vibe and interior. Even as the swimming pool. Inside it’s nice and cool even when it’s warm outside. We simply love this place!

We had a wonderful time at Hejmo! There are hotel and hostel rooms, several terraces, a pool, bar and restaurant, all with lots of character and style. Board games too. We rented bikes to go to the beach, the bikes are sturdy and good quality, it takes about 20 minutes and there’s a mostly flat bike lane all the way. The staff at Hejmo were all super kind and welcoming and all the prices are fair. There are two options for breakfast - a small breakfast for 5 eur and a buffet for 12, both were good value. The food in the restaurant was also very good. In case you wish to eat elsewhere, there are plenty of options with nice settings in the complex (also for breakfast). We tried several others and the food was always of good quality. The complex is really peaceful, no crowds, but offers also several other activities, like bouldering, escape game, playground, table tennis, shopping, running etc so our kids were happy :)

Nice and clean hostel. Nice and friendly staff. There was a shared kitchen where you could put food you needed to keep cool in a fridge. Parking was available behind a gate (with a code) at the hostel. There were plenty of places to eat near the hostel.

A warm and very welcoming place

What could have been a pleasant stay turned into a very bad experience on the day of departure. We got up to go to breakfast, which was included and paid for in our reservation, but no one was at reception and nothing was ready. An event had been organized the night before, and apparently the person in charge hadn't gotten up. An hour later, the manager came out of her room and told us there had been a "mishap," apologized, offered us coffee, and said she would refund us for breakfast. Nothing was done. We tried contacting them directly, but received no response. This demonstrates the lack of professionalism of this establishment.

I had a great time at this hostel. The place is welcoming, the staff are very friendly, and it's very clean. I recommend it!

Lost in the middle of an industrial area, we discovered a magnificent place. A beautiful outdoor terrace and a splendid interior design. A perfect menu; we each ordered different dishes and everything was delicious. Excellent service from the kitchen. The mocktails were tasty. A fantastic concert. A superb atmosphere for a truly wonderful evening.

This restaurant offers very good tapas. The duck breast with cumin is a bit unusual...but it's okay.

It was a pleasant surprise! We weren't expecting to share showers and bathrooms and sleep in hostel-style accommodations, but everything was clean and very modern; it's a "fancy" place. There was a salsa party that night, which we would have gladly joined if we weren't so exhausted—we fell asleep instantly! We recommend checking the events schedule, which is great if you're looking for fun, but finding a place to sleep is more complicated. We loved it, and our teenagers were happy at this surf hostel. We'll definitely be back!

Superb hostel, probably one of the best in the area! A great pool, restaurant, and rooftop! 😎 If you want to take a surf lesson 🏄🏽‍♂️, we also recommend Eau Large Surf School. Lucas is available and adapts perfectly to your needs, teaching in small groups (4-6 people), which is perfect! The only slight drawback is the distance from the center of Hossegor and the beaches if you don't have a car and cycling isn't your thing 😉 (but it is possible to rent one there!)

One week in Hejmo in July. Excellent value for money, impeccable service, great location. A truly superb experience! The added bonus of the swimming pool was fantastic. PS: The only slight downside was the €12 breakfast, which was a bit pricey.

It's not luxurious; you have to make your own bed and there's a small wardrobe for your clothes. But I've been more comfortable than in a 5-star hotel. It was wonderful; I'll be back with my family. Thank you.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the ocean, this cozy spot offers something for every budget, complete with a pool, garden, and giant beanbag chairs for ultimate relaxation. The kitchen serves tapas, a brasserie menu, and a variety of drinks. The food is decent, a bit pricey for the portion size, but the chef does take care to create an attractive presentation. Bicycles are available for the adventurous. And you'll need to be, as it's quite a distance from the ocean.

Family vacation for 5, with a private dormitory. Lovely place with friendly managers. A great compromise for a different experience from traditional hotels: the decor, the atmosphere, the convenient on-site restaurant (perfect for families with children), the small pool, and the rooftop terrace for relaxing. The location is close to the beach and bordering a forest in a suburban business park. I'd gladly go back!

A very peaceful place, yet close to everything (by car or bike). The decor is truly beautiful, the bedding is superb, and the service is excellent, all at a very reasonable price. We booked a double room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back for next time.

Awesome venue and amenities. The place is brand new. Nice heated pool, rooftop, and a couple nice terraces nested in the forest. Bedding is top-notch. Spent three nights there and slept like a baby. Bed linen is pristine as well. Even though it's a bit further than some others from the shores, there are decent bikes for lease for a fair price there, and the ocean and lake are just a short ride away. Kitchen serves top of the line local products with an option for everyone. Rich selection of cocktails too. Great place to stay overall, with a great bang-for-the-buck ratio given the area.

It's a truly magnificent place. Clean, welcoming, and spacious. The restaurant is also very good; there's a wide selection and the food is well-prepared. It's a place where you feel comfortable and can relax. I love going there, whether with family or friends.

The restaurant has a very pretty decor. However, the service wasn't very good. We ordered a spritz and then a gin, but the bill showed two gins and one spritz… then we ordered two profiteroles and only received one. And the waitress told us, "The kitchen is closing."… In short, the service wasn't very good, a bit disappointed :/

The dormitories part is downstairs and feels like a prison. It's a pity because the bar upstairs is nice, which shows the owners can do a good job. Downstairs is a giant concrete corridor with an under-equiped kitchen given the number of beds. Absolutely no cosy space downstairs. The messages written by the staff in the kitchen threaten to kick you out and throw your food away. Never seen a human in 2 days ( no staff downstairs) except a vigil at 11 pm kicking me out of the kitchen. Most unfriendly surfhouse ever... all the customers i met there had only booked because everywhere else was full. Beds and showers are ok, but the vibe is off.|Nothing is made for surfers ( where to store your biard, hang your wetsuit if it rains... ).|There is definitely a lot of work to do about that place. Still it's clean, there's water and electricity, so it's a good backup plan, if the rest us full

Cold but clean. Unlike the restaurant area, the dormitory section is prison-like and impersonal. No people around except for a security guard at 11 pm, standard instructions written like threats, and an all-concrete building. The kitchen and common areas are undersized and under-equipped for the number of dormitories. Nothing is designed for people who surf. There's noise from the bar, but a very strict policy regarding potential disturbances caused by dormitory users. Keep it as a backup plan if there's absolutely no other space available.

We found a little jewel here. I only wish it was around when I was 20! Superb modern place which was just a lovely place to stay in. Staff were friendly , pool lovely , room simple and everything you wanted , more toys than you could play with in a week, skateboards , bikes etc. lovely bar area, pool table and roof top to relax in. Young people and incredibly friendly. Very good value and free parking ⭐️

A superb stay at HEJMO! The cleanliness is impeccable, you feel comfortable everywhere, and the places are magical. The staff is welcoming! The only slight drawback is that you need a car or bicycle to get around, but otherwise it's perfect! I highly recommend it.

The pool reserved for the hostel section is a real plus ✅️ The dormitories and bathrooms are excellent, no complaints 👍 P.S.: One small drawback: The fridge is too small for my liking given the number of people staying at the hostel. Very clean and welcoming hostel (restaurant, pool, terrace and rooftop, close to the Pedebert shopping area). Good food on site, great atmosphere (events with DJs, dance parties). Difficult to access except by car (but bike rentals are available on site). A minor drawback is the showers, which don't have shelves (there are hooks on the door, but it's not ideal). Remember to bring a padlock (as in most hostels of this type); otherwise, they sell them at reception.

During my two-week trip exploring the Landes region, I stayed at the Hejmo Hotel for 13 nights. I chose the dormitory option (hostel style) which had six beds. The first thing to note is the respect shown by everyone who shared the dormitory (around twenty people in total during my stay). There is a shared kitchen for all the dormitories, which I didn't use. As for the hotel itself: - Run by four welcoming and friendly people who are always available to answer any questions. - The staff reflects the owners' positive attitude; it's a pleasant experience. - The food, whether tapas, charcuterie boards, or meat dishes, is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. - The live music: Two to three concerts per week with a variety of themes: karaoke, salsa, DJs. - The location: Quiet, with a terrace and several places to relax. In conclusion, you can go without hesitation; this relatively new hotel (14 months old) is the perfect place for a vacation, work, or even a great night out! As a Norman, I can't wait to come back! This hostel has been well conceived and is quite functional. It is surrounded on one side by beautiful wetland... but on the other side by a horrible commercial zone...||It suffers from a number of additional defects:||- it is located very far from the interesting part of Hossegor and Seignosse-océan, approx 5 km away from the coast and beaches,||- one could have expected local food and drinks to be cheap enough to compensate this remoteness, which is unfortunately not the case||- managing staff is unexpectedly grumpy, at odds with the supposed coolness of the hostel||- rules are extremely strict as if customers were minor of age ("no glassware beyond this door", "if you don't like the rules of the common kitchen, you will be expelled no matter the time of day and with no refund"...).||- washing machines are hardly available because they are simultaneously used to wash sheets and towels of the hostel - this can be annoying when you've been on the road for a long time...||Hope you'll have a better experience or find a friendlier place closer to the coast.||

Discovering this place by chance was such a delightful change of scenery! It's tastefully decorated, modern, and offers all the comforts for relaxation (swimming pool, cozy corner, bicycles available), but you can also work comfortably in peace and quiet. We can feel that you put your heart into this living space, which for me was also a place to connect with the other guests in my room. Nice hostel. Clean. However, it's quite a distance from the beach. A bike costs €16 for 24 hours, which is a bit pricey. Still, a pleasant stay.

A very beautiful and cozy place! We received a very warm welcome from the reception staff. For a room for 10 people, it was quite comfortable with direct access to the garden. Everyone feels at home. There's a laundry room and a shared kitchen with access to the pool. A full and unlimited breakfast is included. However, it's difficult to get to by public transport. I highly recommend having a car for your stay. Thank you to the staff for their welcome, their kindness, and the services provided. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The dishes are far too spicy; they add chili sauce to every dish without mentioning it on the menu.

I love the decorations and the atmosphere in this hotel. The staff were so helpful and the facilities amazing. There is a cycleway nearly all the way to the front door. I didn't use the pool but it looked so clean and lovely.

A top-notch welcome!!!! I had a cancellation issue through Booking.com, and the hotel managers managed to resolve the problem. The decor is modern and super nice, cozy. The dorms are super clean and beautiful. The shared bathrooms are clean (I've never seen anything like this in a hostel). The restaurant menu is nice and delicious. The sweet and savory breakfast is also very good. The shared kitchen is cozy and tastefully decorated. A quick note: the pool is not covered. There is a secure parking lot, bike rentals, etc. It's not right in the city center, so for me it was a good deal considering the noise, especially in the summer. I 100% recommend this hotel/hostel, run by a family and not a large group.

The J & Joe concept is simple: you order drinks and food and pay at the bar. There are many pleasant outdoor and covered terraces. One drunk customer somewhat spoiled the evening; he was loitering everywhere and imposing himself at some tables... The staff were friendly.

I contacted Manon and her team to organize a surprise birthday party. And I must say, she did everything to make the event perfect, and it was! Manon listened carefully to my wishes and offered several options. I opted for exclusive use of the entire establishment with a tapas meal on Saturday, an overnight stay in the rooms and dormitories, and brunch the following morning. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and the ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared. And what can I say about the brunch: simply wonderful! It was generous, flavorful, and offered something for everyone! As for the accommodations, the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The dormitories were really great, with a small lamp and an outlet for each person. Everything was spotless. In short, I'm thrilled to have discovered this place, and I'll definitely be back to enjoy the rooftop terrace and the pool when the weather is nice. Having stayed in hostels a bit, I found all the hallmarks of this type of accommodation, but better. We highly recommend this superb establishment surrounded by a lovely pine forest :) Everything is magnificent, decorated with great taste, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive! The pool is very pleasant and ideally situated, with the option of enjoying a cocktail in an eco-friendly cup. The gardens are lovely, featuring a small stream, and there's a rooftop terrace. Yoga classes are available in the garden, and bike and surfboard rentals are also offered... Everything you could want is there. Located just a 10-minute drive from the beach and 15 minutes by bike. As a couple, we rented a double room with a private bathroom. It was well soundproofed, had air conditioning, and was absolutely charming. HEJMO also has a bar/restaurant for those not staying there, so don't hesitate to stop by! In short, we'll recommend it to our friends who are in the area, and we'll definitely be back!

I had the most amazing time @ Hejmo. Everything was super clean and brand new. The decor in the hostel is so beautiful just as the surroundings of the hostel. From the living room you have an amazing view over the forest. The shared kitchen is well equiped and clean as well. And the pool is protected from the wind and heatened so it’s just amazing. The personnel is super friendly and ready to help you with anything. I recommend this hostel to everyone!

We stayed at HEJMO for a week as part of a surfing initiation course. You'll find everything you need. Even though the hotel isn't in the center, it's easy to get there either by car (5 minutes) or by bike (20 minutes), which you can rent at the hotel. Plus, there are safe bike paths and the area is quite flat. Great decor, a good atmosphere, trained staff ensuring a warm welcome, excellent food, and what can I say about the cocktails? ;) HEJMO recently opened, and we noticed a very positive dynamic in their customer service. Two-night stay at the end of July as a couple. The location on the edge of the forest allows for complete immersion in nature. Relaxing by the pool, enjoying tapas and drinks, and the option to shop and take advantage of the restaurants in the commercial area on foot. The staff was incredibly attentive.

Excellent stay at HEJMO. Don't hesitate, the place is truly fantastic and the amenities are incredible. Bar/restaurant, coworking space, kitchen, swimming pool, washing machine available, bikes for rent. They even organize small concerts during the week. Whether you're on vacation or a digital nomad, it's absolutely top-notch! More specific feedback for the establishment: -Thank you for the warm welcome; it's essential to feel welcome. -Upon arrival, there were already a lot of moldy things in the fridge. You should systematically throw away anything without a label and be very strict about this rule. I've stayed in several hostels, and you really need to do this, otherwise it will quickly become a breeding ground for bacteria, and that's starting to happen at home. -The men's bathroom is like a sauna; I don't know if there's a ventilation problem, but it's stifling, and the air doesn't seem to circulate properly. - It's important to warn guests not to hang their laundry outside just anywhere, as the automatic sprinklers, which contain pesticides, run in the morning and leave red stains on clothes. +Some ideas: - Sell earplugs at reception. - A small shed outside for storing surfboards and drying wetsuits. - An additional entertainment option in the bar or on the first floor before the terrace (arcade machine, darts, pool table, etc.).

Great hostel, would come back anytime! Everything is brand new, very clean, cool location (close to Hossegor’s special outlet shopping area with lots of cool restaurants, shops, etc and just a short drive to the beach), and very friendly staff. Also, wifi was really stong for folks working remotely and the kitchen was well equipped! Personally, I’d recommend having a car to get around. Only recommendation I have for the Hejmo team is to create a silent space or add phone booths for remote workers that rely on a lot of video calls for work (like me!), and have security enforce the quite times after 10pm when larger groups arrive.

Wonderful and brand new hostel with everything you need and more. Big lockers, nice and big shared kitchen and big and clean bathrooms. Beds are big enough for tall people and every bed has its own curtain, power socket and night light. The place also has a beautiful view and you can partake in several events!

Double room €178 per night: - Check-in booked for 3:00 PM: arrived at 3:45 PM, room not ready, 20-minute wait... - No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom - One shared towel for the pool and shower - No parasol at the pool - New hotel, but already a lot of things are broken - Common areas completely untidy - Finally, the setting is nothing special, located in an industrial area...

What can I say? This place is absolutely incredible, nestled among the pine trees. You can recharge your batteries, feel completely at ease, and simply want to stay. The staff is attentive, the rooms are spacious, and having traveled extensively, I can say it's truly a hostel like few others. Access to the beach is quick and easy thanks to the available bicycles, and for guests, there's a swimming pool (heated for cooler days) available all day long! I left yesterday and I already want to go back. The evening events they organize allow us to meet people from all walks of life. We had a fantastic stay at Hejmo! The place is stunning, with an immersive view of the forest from the main lounge. Everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable: clean and pleasant rooms, several lounges, terraces, and a rooftop for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family. The meals are absolutely delicious, featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, and are very generous! The same goes for the sophisticated cocktails. The heated pool is lovely, with a shallow end where young children can swim safely. We will definitely be back to explore the region again.

An unforgettable stay! The location is sublime, surrounded by a pine forest typical of the Landes region. A complete change of scenery is guaranteed! A magnificent hotel with a swimming pool, rooftop terrace, and terrace, not far from the lake and the ocean. On the practical side, the hotel offers bicycle rentals and partnerships for activities (surfing lessons, yoga classes, etc.). The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We stayed there with a baby, and everything was done to make us feel right at home. The chef is very attentive, adapts to your requests, and prepares delicious dishes with high-quality, local ingredients. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're in the area!

Excellent stay! We stayed in the dorms and had a great time by the pool. The bay is magnificent and the bike paths are fantastic. Perfect place for coworking with a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy amazing cocktails under the Milky Way. Thanks also to the chef who provided us with great meals for our busy days!

A superb place to spend quality time with friends or family. It's spotlessly clean and the welcome is warm. You can even rent bikes to explore the area.
