La Vita Sukha is a beautiful, restoring and calming place to heal, connect and really discover yourself in a safe environment. I was there for the month of May and was so lucky to get to live with a fantastic house of women, including Liz, the owner of La Vita Sukha. She has created a beautiful space and property where you can swim, hike, work, rest and play. I recommend this for anyone who would like to a take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, eat amazing food and get to explore Puglia. Just go!
