Love the unlimited paddle boarding 💖 I liked the location. but I think there's a lack of community building and inclusivity needs improvement. I'd encourage the owner to look into these aspects by gaining more knowledge from other colivings that does a great job on this: cloud citadel, Burgas Coliving, Chateau Coliving.
