Pros: great staff, beautiful view, wonderful co-work. Cons: A lot of cockroaches everywhere, toilets clog easily, noisy doors (don't close properly), bad cleanliness, towels and sheets smells bad. Sum: Great social environment and amazing volunteers! But I think it's a low VFM.
