To me, being a Community Manager in a coliving is more than organising events. It’s about sensing the rhythm of a group. Creating the first bridge between strangers, noticing different needs. Making space for energy, rest, conversation, silence and belonging. Because people can live in the same place and still remain separate. Community happens in the smallest moments: maybe it's a shared meal, a spotanenous walk to the ocean, a question asked at the right time etc. To me, being a Community Manager means holding the space where human beings can find each other. And I’m happy to have this role from June 16 to July 21, at El Cabo, an amazing coliving in Puerto de Las Nieves, Gran Canaria. Somewhere between ocean swims, shared dinners, and late-night conversations, I’ll be helping turn strangers into a little temporary family.
