Highly recommend. Had a great month long stay at the Pad back in October of last year. Very well located, great sense of community, good common areas, and great internet. One recommendation I have is for the coworking areas; it would be nice to have a more dedicated area for coworking. Only a minor complaint though. I would stay here again, and I might try to here in the next year or so.
