Having travelled a lot, I can attest that these people are the worst managers I have ever encountered. They simply don´t care about you at all. The WiFi was out for an entire month, and their excuse to delay fixing was "we´re on holiday for the month". On top of that, the general manager named "Neus" was blatantly racist to my face (accusing me of fabricating the broken wifi story to not pay due to my Argentine nationality) Cons: Racist management, rude, dishonest, disrespectful. Pros: Decent apartment. Do yourself a favor and pick one of the many alternatives!
