The person who helped me with the reservation, I think her name was Nuria, was very kind the whole time, right up until my arrival. The place also seemed very nice and quiet for working. The only problem is that from the first day I felt like I was living in a boarding school, because of the strict rules and the rude treatment from the "manager," whose name is Fernando, who has a very unpleasant way of speaking. For example, one day I was cooking and he rudely told me I had to turn on the range hood, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Also, before my checkout, I was doing laundry at 10 pm and he told me that I could only do it until 9 pm, otherwise they'd get fined for the noise, so I wouldn't be able to dry it. Okay, I said fine, and then at around 12:30 am, he was taking out the trash, making a racket that probably woke up the whole building. In short… I don't think it's a good idea to leave people who aren't passionate about service in charge of guests, especially in a hostel where people are on vacation and all they want is to have a good time. Finally, I suggest you put up a sign with the items that qualify as "organic" because not everyone knows what qualifies for that type of recycling.
