I can only advise against staying at the apartments offered by Live It. I stayed at Roger de Lluria for 10 months and my experience has been extremely dissatisfying. First, the room itself seemed alright, although the common area was very dirty when arriving. After a while, I noticed a lot of mold in my room as I could not open the main window. I messaged Live It several times and although some from the staff were friendly, nothing happened for half a year, so that I had to live in a room with mold for a long time. I even noticed that after sleeping I always felt nauseous and sometimes sick because of it. I also tried to remove the mold myself but I couldn’t get everything out without proper equipment and without changing the root cause- the window. Finally the window was replaced 3 weeks before my checkout when I wasn’t home and all my stuff got dirty because of the dust from the construction works. To top it all off, today I received part of the deposit after 9 weeks and the rest is missing without explanation.
