Thanks to Kevin who came on Saturday to open our bathroom door which had been locked from the inside since yesterday evening. Very kind, friendly and professional, also very nice, always with a smile. Excellent service. He also asked us if we had other problems, I wish everyone was like this.

Please, whatever you do - don't live here. Rooms are standard but communication and company management is horrible. You'll wait weeks to get deposit back, I had all of my clothes stolen as well as several other belongings and have never got compensation, despite being promised.

My Experience (1 Month Stay) I stayed at Live It in Barcelona, near La Rambla, for one month, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I had chosen this co-living space because of its central location and because it promised a professional, clean, and comfortable living environment. What I actually experienced was the complete opposite, unprofessional management, poor hygiene, and a total lack of respect for guests’ safety and comfort. 1. Wrong room and apparent mismanagement When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different (and much smaller) room than the one I had booked and paid for. After several discussions with the staff, they finally gave me a key card to another room, only for me to open the door and find a man already staying there. He was as shocked as I was, and we had to return to reception together. On the way, he explained that the same thing had happened to him: he had originally been assigned a room that was far smaller and worse than what he had paid for. He had then been temporarily placed in a different room and allowed to stay there. This made it clear that the co-living management seems to systematically assign guests to cheaper, smaller rooms than what they booked, then wait to see who complains before offering a solution. It felt extremely unprofessional, and almost like an attempt to scam people out of the full value of their booking. 2. Extra fees for their mistakes After finally being given the correct room, I received an email asking me to sign a new contract and pay a €60 “room change fee.” I had not requested a room change, it was their mistake, and had to argue repeatedly to avoid paying. 3. Dirty, moldy, and unhygienic apartment The apartment was filthy. The fridge was unusable, the kitchen greasy, and the bathroom covered in mold, including in the shower and on surfaces. The shower floor was yellow from lack of cleaning, and I could only shower with flip-flops. There was even mold in my room. 4. No fresh bed linen or towels I slept in the same sheets for three weeks, despite asking six times via WhatsApp, phone, and in person for replacements. Only after repeated insistence did I finally receive fresh sheets. Towels were also stingy, I received only one towel instead of three. My roommates had similar experiences. 5. Unsafe and uncomfortable situation as a woman One roommate invited three strange men to sleep in the apartment without my consent. I reluctantly agreed for one night, but he wanted them to stay for four nights. I felt completely unsafe, especially since I had already paid for only two roommates. When I spoke with reception, I was told overnight visitors are allowed for three nights without any verification of their identities, meaning I could be forced to share the apartment with strangers whose safety and background were unknown. On co-living, according to the website, no guests were allowed after 10 p.m. However, they do not care about that.

I strongly advise against using Liveit. My experience in a property managed by this company was disastrous. The apartment was extremely unsanitary: significant electrical hazards, resulting in several electrocutions, a massive infestation of pests: worms, flies, cockroaches, various insects, mice… even in the appliances (washing machine), dishes, food cupboards, and even in the furniture such as the mattress and armchairs. Photos and videos were provided to the company, but no serious action was taken despite my numerous requests. The complete lack of communication is also noteworthy: messages ignored, no response, no follow-up. After vacating the property and returning the keys according to the rules, Liveit still refuses to return my €500 deposit and has not responded despite several reminders. A company that rents out properties in such a state, doesn't respond to tenants, and fails to meet its obligations is absolutely unreliable. I strongly advise against using them.

We rented a room for 6 months, everything went well, but getting the deposit back was a disaster. It's been 4 months since we returned the keys. We haven't been able to get a refund despite numerous calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. They're really not up to the task. Impossible to get a competent contact.

The rental property in Barcelona was found to be unsanitary upon arrival. Several serious issues were noted: • Presence of rodent droppings in various parts of the property. • Visible traces of mold on the walls and ceilings. • General conditions did not correspond to the photos and descriptions provided at the time of booking. These problems represent a serious risk to hygiene and health and render the property unfit for habitation.

SCAM. Didn't got my deposit back, for not"cleaning" my room before leaving. My room was perfectly clean when I left it... They just add a random reason to dont give you your deposit back

Now's the time for me to leave my feedback. The first time, I had a problem: they mistakenly assigned me accommodation in a different residence, which wasn't part of the original plan. I reported this to reception, and they didn't hesitate to find a solution. I especially want to thank the manager of Live It Rambla. Thanks to him, I had a pleasant experience. He's understanding, knows how to handle difficult situations, and is very pleasant. I'd like to say hello to him and ask you to pass on my message. Thanks to him, I'm giving it 5 stars. Regarding the quality of the residence and the apartment, I have no complaints: it's excellent. One small point: the air conditioning is centralized in all the rooms. It would have been nice if each room had its own individual control, because sometimes one of the roommates doesn't want the air conditioning to be cold, and we have to leave it off. This is just a suggestion. Otherwise, everything else was great: friendly staff at reception. Quick deposit refund, and quick key handling, as well as check-in and check-out. Well done and keep it up, good luck. I'll definitely be back next time. Special thanks to the manager and also to Lawra, a lovely young woman.

I can only advise against staying at the apartments offered by Live It. I stayed at Roger de Lluria for 10 months and my experience has been extremely dissatisfying. First, the room itself seemed alright, although the common area was very dirty when arriving. After a while, I noticed a lot of mold in my room as I could not open the main window. I messaged Live It several times and although some from the staff were friendly, nothing happened for half a year, so that I had to live in a room with mold for a long time. I even noticed that after sleeping I always felt nauseous and sometimes sick because of it. I also tried to remove the mold myself but I couldn’t get everything out without proper equipment and without changing the root cause- the window. Finally the window was replaced 3 weeks before my checkout when I wasn’t home and all my stuff got dirty because of the dust from the construction works. To top it all off, today I received part of the deposit after 9 weeks and the rest is missing without explanation.

I'm here at home, and the music on the terrace is blasting! It's incredibly inconsiderate of the neighborhood and the residents. It's disrespectful and careless to have to put up with these rave-like parties.

A great place to stay when going on an extended trip to Barcelona. Love the gym, coworking space, but most importantly the weekly themed events which are a lot of fun to attend and a great way to meet people here. It's always exciting to see the calendar each month because there is so much variety. Especially loved the one where we drank wine and created art!

Very friendly and helpful service. Any inconveniences that might happened were immediately solved within a day. For past 5 years as I used to move around, not many places can get in contact and solve the issues as fast as here. Another thanks to Sofia, for helping me with room!

Lots of problems. Our building wasn't even officially registered. So there's definitely some kind of tax evasion or shady business going on. They don't check who comes in and don't seem to care much about the neighbors. My roommates had to complain for months about someone who was verbally abusing them to get them to leave. They supposedly come every week to clean the common areas, but that's not true. You have to keep chasing them to get them to do it. The layout isn't designed for real living either. It's more about cramming as many rooms as possible per square meter. Basic things like glasses and cutlery are often missing. The 5-star reviews are either from company employees or completely fake, so don't trust them too much.

I loved Live It, it's location, and facilities. I realize that this place isn't for everyone, as it is at the very center of Barcelona. When you step out of the building, you have La Rambla right there. Some people may not like being in such a central location. It can be noisy, with people playing music and speaking loudly. Your flatmates and housemates can be from anywhere in the world. This accommodation tends to attract relatively young people, aged 20-40, so before booking, consider if you will enjoy this kind of environment. For me, it was ideal and exactly what I was searching for. Thank you, Live It.

Absolutely disgusting. I stayed at their coliving facility in Barcelona in April and had several problems due to the lack of cleanliness and dirt in the common areas. Furthermore, I've been waiting for over three weeks for them to send me the invoice for my stay so my company can reimburse me, and despite speaking several times with their employees in Barcelona and Madrid, they still haven't responded. A real disgrace to their management; I don't recommend it.

I stayed here last year after the company had placed me in an accommodation that firstly wasn’t as advertised (no ensuite bathroom) and secondly they hadn’t checked or cleaned the accommodation prior to me staying, so when I arrived I found that it had been broken into and lived in by homeless people. It was absolutely disgusting and overall a very distressing experience which they didn’t even compensate me for and refused to refund me the HUGE admin fee that they charged. So I stayed at the la ramblas building for a few months instead and I did like the rooftop and the gym but overall it is very expensive for what you pay for. But the real issue I have with this company was getting my deposit back after I stayed; the company lied to me, ignored me and wouldn’t give me back my deposit and for no reason at all! It seems that the electronic system that they use if faulty and the amount of times that they would lie to me by telling me I would receive my refund is just unacceptable. It has caused me months of stress. The company have very bad customer service and I am aware that I am not the only tenant that had this issue with them not issuing deposits. I would not recommend using this company.

Great co-working place with a super friendly and supportive team, in a central location, with high-speed internet. Only wish / recommendation to get phone booth(s).

The yoga organised by Gal today was great, it was so nice to do it outside and was a great way to meet people living in the accomodation. Any more activities like this would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Very good long-term residence. Extraordinary location in the heart of Barcelona. The reception staff is very responsive and attentive. Regarding the housekeeping, it is done approximately and not regularly, but this is not a major problem. As for the gym, it is very good despite the bare minimum. I recommend it.

Very nice place. I spent 3 months here with my wife. The room was comfortable enough for two, clean and the apartment was cleaned every time. The staff was very nice, they explained and showed everything. There is a gym and a rooftop terrace where you can have a good time with friends. we think we will come back here if I come to Barcelona again.

I had a really good experience here at Live it. Everyone at the reception was really nice, they helped me with everything I needed. The cleaning service was also very good.

I have lived here from may to august. Lovely roommates but that’s random of course. The gothic building is good. It’s a little less fancy than the main building but okay. I did specifically requested a room and good a written confirmation but when u arrived it was a different one. Luckily now I had the garden room. Did run into some problem while living such as : - when I checked in I was told by the reception that if we wanted to check out earlier this would be no issue and money would be refunded, this is not possible so they don’t know what they are saying - A weekend without WiFi with no warning. - They gave a stranger a key to my room⁉️so he walked in while I was away and could have taken everything. I still had a contract for 1,5 month longer. Also send out random move out mails when I still had a month to go! - Random people coming into the appartement without a warning and only speaking Spanish. - Incident made in the app are not handled, they don’t care. We had a wild bat and seagull in the yard for multiple days and had to remove them ourselves. - Housekeeping having lunch in our appartement and being very loud after telling them I work nights. And not cleaning, only coming in to use the microwave. - Being texted and called multiple of having not paid after having paid a week before, so always ask for prove of payment cause they will try to scam you. - they don’t refund the whole deposit, they take out cleaning fee and extra money with no explanation. Would not recommend cause of the stress! Oh and they make you leave fake reviews!!!!!!telling people it’s to review housekeeping.

Watch out, it's a scam. We rented a room for 1 300 € (already a rip-off right ?), but simultaneously to the payment being made, we received an email letting us know that 2 000 € more were to be paid. 3 000 € for a room ! We immediately asked for cancellation and a refund. But even though we never checked-in, Live It kept our 1 300 € deposit. A complaint has been filed with the European Consumer Center, the OCU and the Juzgado Civil. We're also looking into the finances of their "partner in crime", Spotahome (the booking platform), through the Hacienda.

Beware of scams!!!! They steal people's money! They use platforms like Spotahome to advertise, listing one price. But after collecting the first amount, they demand THREE TIMES, and if you don't agree, they keep the first sum!!! In my case, they stole 1350 EUROS from me!!!!!! Keep exploiting the real estate bubble, speculators, it's going to burst soon...

Beware! Scam! Through the Spotahome platform, they advertise a monthly rent of 1,030 euros for a room. However, after removing that from my credit card, I received an email saying that this was only the beginning price, and that the monthly rent for a room, including all fees, amounts to 3,000 euros! Triple the amount indicated in the ad. I contacted them immediately. Paloma and Eli helped me, and Eli told me that if I notified Spotahome of the cancellation within 24 hours, they would refund my money. However, when the platform contacted them to inform them that this was the case, they changed their minds and kept my 1,350 euros! I don't understand how they can continue to operate! I've already filed the corresponding fraud report with my bank and also with the European Union Consumer Centre. Both these criminals and Spotahome are scammers full of consumer complaints.

Avoid at all costs. They are scamming people by not returning their deposits back to them and they will ignore all your emails as they are doing to me. It’s been over 8 weeks since I left and I’m still chasing them for my deposit back. This is happening to the majority of residents. They will claim their systems are down but this is a lie as some people do get their deposits back but not the rest of us. Do not book with them, it’s not worth the hassle.

A perfect stay. Ana, the very friendly receptionist, showed us around the facilities and answered all our questions upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Stayed here in the ramblas building for half a year, and overall it was a great experience! The staff are friendly and generally try to help you if you ask, the location is in the dead center of the city, so it's easy to commute anywhere you need. They used to hold different events for tennants, although in the last months of my stay there has been less of those. However, one thing that I didn't like as much is the Tennant portal. In generall, it doesn't work that great. The interface is a bit confusing and the checkout procedure to receive your deposit is unnecessarily complex. But nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here. P.s: And yeah, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ additionally for the cleaning service, send my regards to Betzy 😁

Cleaning does NOT clean the room, the air conditioner does not work which has been a problem on the top floor. My complaints have been ignored, so now I’m writing a review. I have also dealt with TOXIC MOLD that has growing in my apartment for 4 months, which they refuse to fix. In response to @live it, yes I did complain about it, and it is still there. I have attached a new photo, where the same mold (now white) has come through the wall. I have also complained about the air conditioner again, which has still not been fixed. Your response is terrible and I stand by my review. They also SCAM RESIDENTS by refusing to return the deposit on time OR AT ALL, and by stealing 70 from every deposit as “cleaning fees” even if you leave the apartment clean.

It’s horrible! Nothing is working, the stuff doesn’t care at all. My shower wasn’t working for a week, nobody cared, the WiFi wasn’t working so many times, sometimes even the whole electricity also the reviews are fake and so many people don’t get their deposit back. Don’t go! When you complain they either ignore you or kick you out of the group chat

They fake reviews by asking tennants to review the job of the cleaning ladies with QR-codes leading you to this review page, leading to a lot of fake 5 star-reviews. They are trying to scam you by not paying back the deposit and not answering you, when you're trying to contact them through various channels. I have heard from other former tenants who have also had difficulty in getting their deposits refunded. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication from Live It. Update: After weeks of complaints, they refunded the deposit. However, they returned an insufficient amount of money and charged more for the cleaning service than what was agreed upon in the contract. Additionally, they added a VAT charge to the transaction, even though there is no VAT within the EU according to SEPA regulations. A lot of tenants have the same problems and are highly vocal about it in the corresponding groups

WARNING. ColiveIt scams foreigners. they will try to steal your deposit, this has been reported by many renters and something I went through personally and know others who have too. this is an awful organization. the positive reviews on google are absolutely fake. everyone I've met hated ColiveIt. there are literally group chats organizing because this place routinely selectively scams foreigners. the pictures of the places are deceptive. it's an ugly apartment complex. it's not coliving. I do a lot of coliving and this is hands down the worst one I've ever seen. no one interacts with anyone, there are no shared activities. it's an isolated apartment. and they will try to steal your deposit. not only will they take out $150 of it and call it "cleaning and transfer fees" they will also just outright try to steal it and blame it on "wire issues". it took MONTHS for me to get it back and only after threatening legal action. I know others who still don't have theirs back and are contacting regulators. I can't emphasize enough how awful coliveit is. there is even a group chat organizing people to notify regulators of them and to warn foreigners to stay away.

Don’t trust the review they don’t give back the deposit if you don’t review them 5 stars This place is full of toxic peoples, it was a nightmare to live there, I feel so lonely and judge by everyone… Don’t waste your time and money, because they are extremely expensive and they don’t care about you, they just want your money… but no humanity there. And you don’t feel at home, you are always watch by someone at the entry or in the comon space and seriously the people that live there are so superficial, they don’t even try to be social and reject you if you are not like them.

So far, I've loved my experience at Live it Ramblas. The facilities are modern and super clean. In fact, what I like most is the cleanliness. I especially want to thank Rosi, because I've seen how she goes to such lengths to keep the bathrooms and kitchen spotless, which is something that is greatly appreciated. I also want to thank Betsi for changing the towels and sheets. I love coming to my room and seeing my bed made; it feels like I'm in a hotel. A huge thank you to the entire Live It Ramblas team. I haven't met everyone yet, but they do a great job :)

Fantastic residence! I lived there for eight months and loved it. The atmosphere is great. The rooms are nice, well-furnished, and brand new. The weekly cleaning service by Betzy was excellent, and thanks to her, it was always spotless. The Live it staff are always available and very friendly. I recommend this residence 300%!

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona, very good location. With the metro just steps away, perhaps one area where there's room for improvement is the cleaning service, but it was a very good experience for almost nine months.

Thank to the girl, cleaning lady, I guess her name is Maria. She is amazing and taking care of our flat and leaves it so clean. She s amazing!

I had a great time in Live it Ramblas. The building is new, with a rooftop and a gym. The staff is great, they even organize event every now and then for the tenants, like ping-pong tournament, wine tasting, guided tours, dinner or parties. Definitely recommend

An experience worth trying, I loved the placed and people that I meet here. Especially the Ramblas building, is the best. Big thank you to Jorge and Lara for everything they have done. Without them the building wouldn't be the same. Definitely, will comeback in the future.

I’ve been one of the first guests to come to Live it and basically saw it grow and improve from the opening day. I’ve been living in live it for a 1year and 1 month so I have some things to say. The building is quite modern, apartments are fully equipped, the employees are very friendly and professional. Cleaning services are not working as good as was expected but in the end of the day it’s a residence and it’s not supposed to be clean, right? Xd students are messy. Live it is a perfect place to stay and meet a lot of new friends.

AN AMAZING 6 MONTHS IN BARCELONA WITH LIVE IT! 👌 As a student for an internship, I rented a room in La Ramblas for 6 months and this residency happened to be a very good decision! In fact, you have access to a rooftop, a sport area with machines, a space to work and even take Spanish lessons! The staff is so nice and available, and they also organize a lot of events with all the residents. I went to a Flamenco night event, a tour visit in Barcelona and even brunches when you can meet new people from everywhere! I definitly recommand this place for any person who wants to discover Barcelona very easily, to try new experiences and meet new people from overseas. Live it is a real melting pot!! My room was very nice, they clean everyweek! The building is safe (there is always someone), and it is located in la ramblas, which is the big avenue where you have transports, shops, markets, touristic places and you are just 20mn to the beach!!! I really recommand it and I really would like to come back in the future. Thank you LIVE IT! 😉❤️

For me, it was the best experience in Barcelona. A youthful atmosphere, full of guys and girls with great vibes, a true community, with parties and activities organized by the staff. The space was impeccable, with spacious rooms, new amenities, air conditioning, a gym, ping pong, a terrace with a view of Montjuic, and a co-working space. I'm definitely going to miss living there. Besides that, I must highlight the excellent work of the staff who were always attentive to everything, youthful and very friendly, especially Lara who brightened my mornings every day with a smile. I recommend this experience 1000 percent.

From the beginning until end, I’ve been welcomed with open arms. I was far from home but didn’t feel like that cause I can say I got a second family in Barcelona. Especially Andres and Carolina, you’ve been so kind and sweet during my stay. Always in for a chat, great energy. Plus you were always willing to help and assist me whenever I had questions. Also big fan of the gym, the coworking space and the monthly activities that Co Live it offers. Plus, let’s not forget the rooftop 🤩!! I definitely met some great people. Really Loved it! Amazing experience! Last but not least, big thanks to the kind cleaning ladies for leaving the apartment and room clean. Great place to live in the centre of Barcelona. The only bad thing I can say is, that there are some extra fees at the beginning, but its definitly worth it. Maybe not the cheapest place to live, but its a very fair price. The building and the apartments are very modern and renovated. The rooms have everything you need and the Kitchens and Bathrooms are great. You also get a gym, rooftop and Coworking space. Now we also have activities where you can join and get to know other people. Another positive aspect are the employees in the building, everyone is nice and helpful if there is a problem. Especially Andres is great and makes you feel welcome. So far this is the perfect place to stay for my time in Barcelona.
